They are reliably the best in-person retail experience I ever have — they’re so quick, professional, and fun! I end up coming here every week or two for random things, such that I thought of them to print a poster I needed and it came out GREAT. They’re truly a neighborhood treasure.

Jumping in to review my neighborhood UPS Store, which for years has had rock solid customer service. This is THE store I chose for my shipping needs, and I send a lot of random stuff to family and friends out-of-state. Scott and the entire team at this location make shipping transactions smooth. I’ve used their notary services too (thanks, Dennis), and I’m proud to have this store in my neighborhood.

My go-to for printing. I sew and this is the best place to get A0/large format pattern prints. They are prompt and very reasonably priced, plus very kind service. Go here and avoid Staples!

Staff here are incredibly and consistently rude it’s pretty appalling. I can only surmise they feel low working at that store for whatever reason and thus project that feeling toward the customers by treating us like children or offenders out on parole or something - it’s really awkward and uncomfortable. It’s rare in that almost everyone here is either hostile and/or doesn’t want to help you. There’s another UPS Store nearby with more down to earth staff ready to help.

Get your docs printed and notarized here!!! Such an easy, helpful experience. Staff was helpful from the initial phone call to the smooth transition from picking up the print job and having it notarized. Will be my go to print and notary spot! Thanks you guys!

Do not have packages sent here! I paid for overnight shipping for important medication to this location. The sender put hold for pickup and I registered a MY UPS CHOICE account access point as here. The package was marked as accepted by a Scott and then an hour and a half later was marked return to sender. FedEx seems to have no problem holding packages at their stores for customers but UPS doesn’t. Luckily I got ahold of corporate to get it held at the center in South Philly but had to spend $30 in fees to Uber down there (it’s far from public transit) and negates the point of paying for overnight delivery. Now I’m waiting in line praying I can get my important meds before they close for the weekend. Don’t see myself using UPS in the future now. Also wasn’t the only customer at the S 4th store that day having difficulties. Luckily one of the employees was kind and gave me directions to the hub.

I had such a nice experience in this UPS that I must leave a review. I was making a return using amazon ups drop off and it was my first time using this service and visiting this location. I went early in the morning and found parking right outside. A customer was at the counter and the man behind the counter greeted me and let me know he would be right with me. Which it rare these days! Its so nice to have an employee acknowledge your existence when you walk into their business. The service was great, the man at the counter was friendly, fast, helpful and personable. I never thought to expect a personable experience from UPS but here we are! Highly recommend this location for all services: Printing, mailing, faxing, etc etc.

We shipped some large and bulky pictures left behind after a move to our new home out-of-state. Scott and his team were incredibly helpful, and the transaction was super-easy. The UPS Store handled the packaging and shipping, and everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at UPS Store #3633. I shipped 3 large glass framed portraits from Pennsylvania to Michigan and because the pieces were odd shaped and fragile I was expecting it to be a hassle, but it wasn't. It took less than 10 minutes for the entire transaction. The attendants at the store did all of the boxing and labeling for me. They were cordial and professional. The shipment arrived in the 2 days they estimated and the portraits were in the same condition I initially shipped them in. Very pleased with my experience.
