Best shipping and mailing service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

They scammin here, I’m suspect. The amount of times packages just go missing, the “attempts” at delivery. It’s also so ridiculous the area that this post office has to serve. All of north Philly east of Broad st. I literally live at the line of 2 zip codes which means I gotta go all the way up there but there’s 2 other post offices closer to me in the zip south. I appreciate my main carrier, she’s nice, I’ve never had a huge issue with an individual but it’s the place as a whole and the fact that it’s one post office serving all of 21. ~SCerb.

Edit: owner called and got this resolved. Thank you. | Shipped a package in late June, paid for signature and insurance, customer said it was lost, tracking never updated after it arrived in his city. Called corporate, they couldn't help, told me to work with the store. Contacted store and have been getting the run around for months trying to get my $$$ back for the lost/stolen package that was worth ~$600. The owner of the store (or whoever I've spoken with) never calls back, never follows up. Every single time I call and leave my information (tracking #, phone #, claim #) I'm told I'll hear back soon. It has been almost three months. I want my money. This is ridiculous. ~Brian

Jumping in to review my neighborhood UPS Store, which for years has had rock solid customer service. This is THE store I chose for my shipping needs, and I send a lot of random stuff to family and friends out-of-state. Scott and the entire team at this location make shipping transactions smooth. I’ve used their notary services too (thanks, Dennis), and I’m proud to have this store in my neighborhood. ~Jane
