Best jewelry store in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

store is very clean. the ladies are very nice there. i wanted a watch and the manger said we don't have that watch but we can get it for you. i had my heart set on that watch . she didn't push me to buy any other watch or the warranty. The manger put the order in on my watch and 5 day later i received a call from the manger that my watch was in . great customer service . That was the best experience i have ever had at a jewelry store. ~Corey

I brought a shirt on sale for 29.99 was 50. Got the wrong size returned it the same day. Yes. I lose the receipt but I do not understand why I only got a credit of 10.99. What a rip off. I will never shop at JC Penney again. I could understand it if the shirt went on sale for 10.99 but it didn't. Would like an explanation but probably will not get because the cashier could explain. ~Lori

LOVE the store and all the different options they have for dresses. Nice set up and good vibe. But HIGHLY disappointed in their Clothing Exchange program. I called on three different occasions/times and they told me that they do both store credit and cash. Of course I’d rather have cash than store credit so I went up their per their instructions first thing in AM at 10:00 when they open; when they said they could provide cash because they haven’t met their cash cap for the day yet. I arrive this morning and was told they do not do cash and they wanted to offer me only $30 in store credit for five different quality items that were brand new with tags still on them and/or only wore once. I have tons of really nice items that I was hoping to have them take. Then to top it all off- I was told they do not do weekend clothing exchanges and that I had to come in during a weekday early; then I see their sign states “Saturdays for exchange…” ugh! :( So in summary- really nice store and most employees but whoever I spoke to especially yesterday afternoon does not know their own store policies because she guaranteed they would be able to provide cash and told me an exact time to show up. Very very disappointed in the store’s communication and customer service with their customers. ~Jennifer
