store is very clean. the ladies are very nice there. i wanted a watch and the manger said we don't have that watch but we can get it for you. i had my heart set on that watch . she didn't push me to buy any other watch or the warranty. The manger put the order in on my watch and 5 day later i received a call from the manger that my watch was in . great customer service . That was the best experience i have ever had at a jewelry store.

Store looks clean and welcoming. Friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Will definitely return. As previously mentioned, I returned. Francesca (sp?) and Kailanny (sp?) were awesome; friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. This is definitely my place for that special gift 👍🏼👏🏼

Will no longer give Kay jewelers my business. Within a month of buying a ring the list price dropped 1200 dollars and they did nothing to help me. We had the ring less than a month and one of the legs that hold the diamonds in broke off, waited 2 weeks to get the ring back for it to not be fixed now we have to wait another 2 weeks to get the ring. Really disappointed with the outcome.

Stopped in this store on Tuesday evening with my girlfriend to check out an advertised sale, that turned out to be nothing more than a bait and switch sale. The girl working there was rude and useless. She asked if we knew what we were looking for. I told her we were here to check out the sale items. She said we do not have many of the advertised sale items. I said I'd like to see what she had. She pointed to a row of jewelry cases and told us to look there. She said let me know if there is anything we were interested in. I again said I'd like to see any of the items that were advertised on sale. She never moved from where she was sitting, again asked me to let her know if I see anything of interest. Didn't get her name. She was absolutely useless. Needless to say, we will never return to this store

My ring came out beautiful! We had it fixed. The clasps were deteriorating causing the diamond to almost fall out (old ring). And they made it look brand new thank y'all so much.

Great customer service and their new location is beautiful ! The staff is amazing. You never feel obligated to buy here I will only shop at this location. They made me and my soon to be wife feel so comfortable and happy! This is the absolute best place to shop ! I wish I can give 10 stars
