LOVE the store and all the different options they have for dresses. Nice set up and good vibe. But HIGHLY disappointed in their Clothing Exchange program. I called on three different occasions/times and they told me that they do both store credit and cash. Of course I’d rather have cash than store credit so I went up their per their instructions first thing in AM at 10:00 when they open; when they said they could provide cash because they haven’t met their cash cap for the day yet. I arrive this morning and was told they do not do cash and they wanted to offer me only $30 in store credit for five different quality items that were brand new with tags still on them and/or only wore once. I have tons of really nice items that I was hoping to have them take. Then to top it all off- I was told they do not do weekend clothing exchanges and that I had to come in during a weekday early; then I see their sign states “Saturdays for exchange…” ugh! :( So in summary- really nice store and most employees but whoever I spoke to especially yesterday afternoon does not know their own store policies because she guaranteed they would be able to provide cash and told me an exact time to show up. Very very disappointed in the store’s communication and customer service with their customers.

I was happy to find this upscale consignment store on main street in East Stroudsburg. It's definitely gone up a notch since the former owners.

First time there. Lots of clothes & shoes. The prices seemed ok, the woman there, not sure if she owned the place...she was very nice. I would go again if Iam in the area.

when I went there the last couple of times the items that I brought were under purchased. Like they could’ve went for a lot more (I.e she took five items and I only received $11). And this is just my opinion, feel like they were under purchased because I was black. There were name brands that weren’t even worn, items that still have tags on them and since it’s the winter season I figured let me just sell all the coats in my house and no one‘s wearing anymore, probably 20. And the woman, I believe is the store manager, tells me that they are a little “loved“, these items are in very good condition, like I said some of them not even worn. But I noticed a lot of clothing items that were in the store especially shoes, that were extremely “loved“, so we just led me to believe that there’s a bit of a bias there. I will not be returning.

Hands down the best thrift/consignment shop I’ve been to in the area! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the items are AMAZING!! found some gorgeous shoes here and a skirt I can’t wait to wear. Can’t say enough great things about this place and the staff. Would recommend to anyone in the Stroudsburg area.

The store was well organized, had well curated pieces, and the prices were great. The women who helped me (whom I believe was the owner) was incredibly sweet and was knowledgeable on the items I had chosen to purchase. I am from out of town but if I am back in town I will definitely be stopping by again.

I like to consider myself a thrift store connoisseur & this may be my favorite thrift store for clothes. The selection is great &the prices are perfect. The store is clean & easy to navigate, the sections are broken up by item, size & color making it very easy to shop. The girls who were working while I was in there were extremely friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I love coming here. Great pieces, so much fun to shop! Update: three years later and I think now my entire wardrobe is from here. I’ve discovered fabulous tops, jeans, bags, and shoes from here. Everything has been awesome and really held up. I have two kids, and I like wearing nice stuff. Denovo s is perfect because I’ll get high end stuff that I’m not afraid to have the kids play around (everything from mud to markers). Also, buying second hand is great for the environment, and it’s a local business. So it’s a win for everyone. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable about fashion. I had to go to a wedding and they were so helpful in finding ideas for a dress (I got tons of compliments on it).

Wow! What a nice store. I walked out with 5 amazing things for less than $15. What actually made me want to come in, believe it or not, were the negative comments. The worst thing that could be said was they didn't accept someone's clothing and it's a pricey. To me, that says a lot of work goes into making sure that I am able to look through nice and clean things so that was my expectation going in and this store 100% delivered. I can't wait to go back.

This place is fantastic. They have all kinds of designer labels with great quality clothing. Wonderful purses. And awesome shoes. Everything's like new. The staff is fantastic. They even shipped me a pair of shoes that I was hesitant to buy and I am so excited that I was able to get them sent to me the next day. It's a must for all you bargain shoppers. Great quality.
