We had car trouble twice in one weekend. The technicians took off a dangling muffler for free and helped me find someone to fix my car since they were booked and someone called out. The technicians seem like genuinely good people.

I wish I read the reviews first. Had a busted tire after hitting the curb. I asked them to check the tire rod. They suggested replacing all of the brakes and rotors and I agreed. $1300 later. My car sounding like a speeding train exiting a tunnel with squeaking and grinding noises. I asked them to reapply the new brakes and rotors. All they did was grease them. Then they said its your tires. You need new tires. After I already paid $850 for brakes. And the one tire they gave me in the first place was a cheap tire and they upcharged it. Ladies beware! Like the previous comment, Pray and ask God for the right place to go. I wish I had gone somewhere else. But this place was on the AAA website. Never again! Make sure you ask for original parts and research you own tire prices! Please don’t let them take advantage of you. Services: Tires, Brakes, Wheel alignment

I honestly don’t know where to start but this the worst place I have ever taken my car too. Please find another option before you decide to take it to these big brands. I’m a women and trusted these guys to do the right thing not only by me but with my vehicle and I had to come back 3 times for the same problem. Don’t be fooled by these big brand names. It’s always about money money money and they played with mine and my children life by not fixing my brakes properly and it caused other issues to my car. This was the absolute worst experience I had with mechanics. I felt like they got over on me and wasn’t being honest about anything. So please find another option before using these guys. Pray and ask for a trust worthy person to touch your vehicles. They don’t know that their jobs are just as important than a doctors or anybody else that deal with human lives.

Had taken a vehicle for a state inspection and the service manager performed a walk around after completed with a parts list with service included that would be needed. Ended up doing the repairs myself but they were respectful and genuine. Took the vehicle back another day to get the passing inspection sticker. Would recommend for individuals that do not work on their own vehicles in the Stroudsburg PA area.

The employee told me I would need a whole new mirror from the dealer and that they couldn’t help me. All I needed was some epoxy from Autozone to correctly get the mirror back in place. In addition to not helping me fix the issue with tools they almost certainly had on hand, the employee seemed to delight in telling me it was a “major problem” and I would need to wait for dealer parts. He even laughed at me!

Worth trip from NJ. Several shops here wanted to replace entire exhaust system in my older car. One, however, suggested this shop as a place where they could weld a new piece in at a much cheaper price. That's exactly what they did. They were also quick and efficient. Service: Exhaust

This is a very friendly welcoming trusting place to get your vehicle looked at I was also able to get most repairs done in the same day.
