They scanned the vehicle and charged $130 (something you can do for free at AutoZone). They replaced a part they said needed replaced, charged me $300 for the part. I asked an acquaintance familiar with cars about it, he looked it up- the part was less than $5 online. If you don't know your stuff they WILL scam you. I'm really disappointed because the reviews made me think this is a good place to go. They did do the work, but the price is beyond unreasonable.

Jason and Kevin were great. Jason was able to get me right in, which was great because my brakes started squealing which I can’t stand. Kevin got the work done super fast and even plugged one of my tires that had a nail it. Highly recommend this particular Jack Williams location!!

Don’t bring your car here for tires if you don’t want it broken. Be prepared for them to be oblivious about returning your car to you with repairs due. You would think a simple tire change would be…simple. Not the case here.

Timely and friendly service. Fair priced with service performed in accordance with vehicle requirements. There was No sales pressure to perform unnecessary repairs and I was very confident that only repairs required were performed. See Note below. Note: requested the Service Manager to check for a possible oil leak. Leak area was inspected but could not determine exact location. Before attempting any repair, the area was cleaned and advised to return in a week for re-inspection.

One of the few places in the area you can go and get honest helpful professional work done, without the unnecessary attitude like at other companies. Very good communicators willing to work with you and clearly discuss pricing with you before a lot of places just doing work that wasn’t talked about without calling first. Very busy place because they do good work and great selection of tires but they still remain professional. Great tire selections.

I discovered as I left work that I had run over a bolt. The folks at Jack Williams took me right in and eased my fears. They returned my car with the repaired tire in a very timely manner for no charge! I will remember this kindness the next time I need new tires!

Got there with a blown out tire at 7:30am. I was in a Jam and needed a quick replacement to be able to get to work. Not only did I get a great deal on Four new tires, but I was back on the road 50 minutes later with a hot cup of coffee. Painless experience and I will be back there to get my brakes done soon!

These guys came highly recommended to me by my mechanic, but at every step they messed up what I consider to be a simple car service: mount new tires on my car. I called and made an appointment two weeks in advance. When my appointment comes around and I'm trying to drop off my car, they don't have me on the schedule and have to make room for me. I get my car back and all of the little caps are missing, so I have to ask for new ones to be put on. As I drive away, my tire pressure light comes on immediately. I check the tire pressure and one of the tires is at 10 PSI. The others are at 25, 30, and 30. My tires are supposed to be at 35 PSI. A week after I fill them, my tire pressure lights up again. I refill the tires. Cue to two months later, my tire pressure light comes on yet again. I'm going to have to get my tires remounted or even replaced even though they are brand new, but I'm definitely not coming here.
