I love this place, they have the best service and truly know how to give you a great experience. They have the best quality outdoor furniture, you can tell many details of the furniture were carefully considered by their vendors. Of course like many places, due to Covid there are some delays with certain items but H&H has made the process so easy and seamless for us. They even proactively sent us a couple of loaner items while we wait for our last couple of items to arrive. The delivery guys were also very careful with not only our furniture, but with there other items they had to shift to place the furniture. We will definitely be sticking with Hearth and Home Furnishings for all of our outdoor furniture. ~Jessica

Lauri Paxton is one of the best bookkeepers I have ever worked with. She is extremely attentive to detail and one of the the most organized individuals I have ever worked with. Her bookkeeping services are worth checking out. She has high expectations of her clients, but in the end delivers on almost everything she promises. Recently bought a used truck from here. Great overall experience. The salesman Andy H. was professional yet laid back and answered all questions that I had. Gabe in financing made the whole process very smooth and explained everything real well. We are expecting packages from this location which I know will never be delivered because even though UPS, USPS, Amazon and DHL all seem to be able to make it to our home in spite of some road work (and a very clearly marked detour), FedEx cannot. It's really odd. We can get to our home in spite of the road work because we don't own a helicopter. We just follow the detour. The other above mentioned delivery services have figured it out as well. I finally just asked them to leave my packages at the local Walgreens because otherwise we will have to go in to Zelienople as we did last time to pick it up. By the way, the last time my husband went to pick our FedEx packages up after they had lied and said they could not deliver to our house (they could if they tried), no one was home to sign (we WERE home, but the package didn't require a signature anyway) or the business was closed (we are not a business, we are a home), when he got home... there was a FedEx truck right across the freaking street from us, delivering to our neighbors. They are an embarrassing joke. When you call customer service for help, you are connected to a hut in Bangladesh or somewhere to a person who is... while sickly sweet... can barely be understood and is of zero help. ~Dixie

I am officially done with this business. 3rd times the charm. How on earth did you mess up a stromboli by stuffing it full of spinach!! The order had nothing to do with spinach. I ordered a stromboli with HAM, MEATBALL, CAPICOLA, opinions, and green peppers. What did you do.. you gave me a moist order of bread and infused it spinach that was slimy! Done never coming back this is the 3rd time. Thanks for the refund though. Never coming back. ~Dan

Had a sweatshirt embroidered with the city of Pittsburgh. Black sweatshirt with gold metallic embroidery. It turned out fabulous and will be my favorite sweatshirt to wear. Ruth was so helpful and is a great asset to the business. I planning on what I want on my next shirt. Looking through the catalog I'm thinking about a lion or a lighthouse. ~Sharon
