The guys over at A plus exceeded my expectations when I had an accident and was concerned about what I needed to do... My $16 off coupon wasn't applied and my receipt showed that I declined services that are supposed to be part of the premium oil change that I paid for. In truth they never even asked they just put on the receipt that I declined having the interior vacuumed and exterior windows washed. I guess they were feeling lazy. There were 4 guys working and no other customers. I guess I know why this location wasn't busy while the Johnston location had customers waiting. ~Michelle
