Best oil change service in Providence, Rhode Island (RI) 2024

My $16 off coupon wasn't applied and my receipt showed that I declined services that are supposed to be part of the premium oil change that I paid for. In truth they never even asked they just put on the receipt that I declined having the interior vacuumed and exterior windows washed. I guess they were feeling lazy. There were 4 guys working and no other customers. I guess I know why this location wasn't busy while the Johnston location had customers waiting. ~Michelle

Brought my car in to have the AC looked at worked for about 6 hours then stopped working they went the lazy route and just recharged it and charged me $105. I ended up bringing it to another shop it was the AC condenser they said anyone with even a little bit of knowledge would have spotted it right away! I threw $105 down the drain they should be giving me my money back what a total scam. Stay away from this place. ~Derick
