I went to jiffy lube and got a oil change they didn't put my cap on all my oil leak though on the highway and my engine blew and now because I was close to another mechanic and he added oil to my car I can't make them reimburse me for my engine

Tire rotation, poor oil change oil all over engine finger print on door with oil and other parts of the car very sloppy. Will not use your service again and too much money. Service: Oil change

My $16 off coupon wasn't applied and my receipt showed that I declined services that are supposed to be part of the premium oil change that I paid for. In truth they never even asked they just put on the receipt that I declined having the interior vacuumed and exterior windows washed. I guess they were feeling lazy. There were 4 guys working and no other customers. I guess I know why this location wasn't busy while the Johnston location had customers waiting.

When I 1st drove up the employees seemed nice (2 of them)...Once I walked in one of the employees was smack laying and sleeping on the counter!!! At this point my car was already in the bay area for an oil change...I was about to take a picture when my car alarm went off and the dude sleeping on the counter jumped up!!! Then!!! There's a 2nd one that jumps behind the counter!!! IDK if he was sleeping on the floor or maybe a chair!!!??? There's some big thingy computer and what not in front of the window so you can't even see what they're actually doing!!! There were a few services that the paper says I denied!!! Like the vacuuming!!! They didn't even ask!!! But they sure enough were quick to try and get me to supposedly change my brake fluid for $99 plus tax and $10 (I think) because supposedly my car was short on radiator fluid!!! All in all!!! The people they have working there are not professionals!!!

Just had an awful experience using their service. My father went and three times asked for a normal oil change. And when they were finished charged him for the most expensive they have at $99 even after he complained. I am very dissatisfied and will not go there again or recommend anyone else use this location.

The people were nice except one guy who charged me twice on my card. I was nit very happy being charged twice. He didn't even ask if we were paying cash or card or if we had a coupon. They didn't have windshield wiper fluid. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

this place gave me such an awful experience that it has compelled me to write my first review of any kind. thats how bad it is. went in for an oil change, then like other reviewers have said pulled the synthetic oil card and insisted on the price and type of oil. then they asked if my car was having trouble starting and told me i needed a new battery and that it miraculously died and the car wouldnt turn on (I had never had problems turning the car on before this). they also tried to tell me I needed a new radiator, trying to scare me saying how it was burning up my car. Now, 3 months later, I discover there is an oil leak and my usual place tells me its because of a faulty cap put on by, guess who, JiffyLube. Not to mention this took over 2 hours of my time, when they are supposedly known for their quick service. The workers were dismissive, rude, and got an attitude when I tried to ask questions about what they were saying "had" to be done. Services: Battery, Oil change

Basically had the same exact experience as a previous person. I asked for a regular oil change and was shocked when it came out to $90! I asked why it was so much and they said because it was synthetic oil and I told them my car did not take synthetic, but they told me my car could only get synthetic. Which is funny because every other time I've taken my car there they gave me regular...I will be talking to a manager and asking for my money back. Not getting my hopes up though because Jiffy Lube is such a scam, trying to nickel and dime people any way they can. Service: Oil change
