The woman that helped us, Kate, the manager I believe, was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Moving is already stressful and she made the whole process very efficient and easy. I am telling you, if you value your household possession do not use this company. They will trash your stuff and then just tell you to file an insurance claim. They will ignore all instructions regarding packing items and do whatever they feel like. They do not care about your items or your time. Completely worthless - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for moving services. ~C
