The woman that helped us, Kate, the manager I believe, was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Moving is already stressful and she made the whole process very efficient and easy. She even held the gate so I didn't have to enter the code after going back to the office and it's the little things like that which really make an impression. Thank you Kate for all your help! ~A.

I have been renting Penske trucks since 1985. My husband is in the military and even tho they use movers I always liked to move ourselves. Sure there have been delays, no more than you could with any other trucking company BUT Penske always makes it up to you and the employees have patience when customers don't. They are the best to rent from and we will always stay a loyal Penske truck rental customer!!! We have moved 45 times in 36 years...Hopefully this last time is it😁😁. ~Teri

I am telling you, if you value your household possession do not use this company. They will trash your stuff and then just tell you to file an insurance claim. They will ignore all instructions regarding packing items and do whatever they feel like. They do not care about your items or your time. Completely worthless - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for moving services. ~C

Super helpful staff at the counter, easiest rental I've ever gotten. 5 minutes in and out. Truck was easy to drive and very comfortable. Dropoff was simple and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely rent from them again at Home Depot. ~Madelyne
