I love the Manager at this facility she is the best. She is so polite, funny, don't forget your name and always ask about the grandkids. You have a great asset in her. Do not lose her. Fantastic experience all the way.

The woman that helped us, Kate, the manager I believe, was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Moving is already stressful and she made the whole process very efficient and easy. She even held the gate so I didn't have to enter the code after going back to the office and it's the little things like that which really make an impression. Thank you Kate for all your help!

I have paid on time for a while now. This place is horrible I am from out of town. I had to come back to get the rest of my stuff from the unit and had stuff that needed ti be thrown away. I called the office the women was rude and disrespectful and told me they didn't have a trash can for people who pay to use their facility. When I asked her where in town am I supposed to throw stuff away she advised me to use the cookout dumpster across the street. Worst place ever if I could give a ZERO rating I would.

Fantastic experience! I went once to check it out, and the young woman working was on point. Her prices matched what was online, and she was very helpful. I went back today to secure a spot, and worked with a woman whose name I can't remember but was a senior manager. She was awesome! Incredibly helpful, made the signup go quick and easy, and talked me all the way through it! I am so thankful for her professionalism! Okay, I read another review,and it was Cathy who was awesome!!!!
