Fantastic establishment! Very clean and staff was extremely helpful. The manager is terrific and you can tell she cares about customer service. Hire more managers like her! ( I apologize to the manager, I do not remember her name). Keep doing great things and keep the phenomenal customer service! (I started renting a spot on November 1st and hope the manager that helped me reads this and gets the proper recognition she deserves!!!!)

Ms. Danielle Helm was so awesome to us today! Our belongings have been in storage for two years and we just closed and bought a house here in South Carolina from living in Clovis New Mexico for two years. what a joy it was to be able to see your belongings that has been packed away for such a long period of time. She was quite amazing with her attitude and wished us the very best in our new home! Her customer service was absolutely amazing and I would recommend anybody using this storage facility.

This place starts off cheap and then jacks your price up by double. We went from paying $54 to over a hundred for our 35’ parking spot. They do have 24 hour access but the trees a long the back parking spots need to go. We had 3 dead trees behind us that dropped needles none stop! They refused to do anything about it. After the last winter storm at least 5 trees fell down hitting peoples campers. One tree right behind us fell but didn’t hit us. We immediately moved our stuff!

PAINFULL RENTING EXSPERINCE Look no further if you need to rent a storage unit that comes with headaches, backache and hassle. The drive around gates don't work. When you ask an employee when the exspect them to be up and running, they blame the construction crew. How does the owner of Cube Smart not know the expected completion date? Didn't Cube Smart hire the construction crew? Meanwhile everyone has to use the front door of the building. You can't even unload your truck by the door. Talk about exhausting. Perfect place for fit bit. Tons, tons of walking. Heaven forbid if you work out of town and need to make arrangements to pay your bill at a later date. No need to email them or notify there office because they don't care. This is the perfect storage location if you are looking to waste your time and money. After wasting my time, gas and money I am vacating this location today.
