I placed an order on the app and put for drive-thru. When I get to the window they tell me go park in one of the parking spots and we'll bring it out to you. Why bother giving us a choice of parking or drive-thru if you're going to tell us to go park anyway.

I came to the drive thru the other night (July 10) at around 2:00 AM. There was NOONE in the double lane and another car waiting for their food. I talked into the intercom for 10 mins trying to make an order and no one answered so I went to the window. As soon as I roll up, a Plus Size Black Woman with curly hair in a ponytail is seen chatting and laughing with workers deliberately ignoring the fact that there’s a car in front of her. I wave to catch attention and she comes to the window with a ridiculous attitude and said “I’m taking care of both lanes so I’m gonna need to go back around” after I told her how long I have waited already (20 mins at this point). She repeats herself and closes the window with unnecessary force (it’s an automatic window) and says rudely “Bye”. Goes right back to laughing and not even taking orders. Ridiculous staff and poor service.

me and my friends were politely and quietly waiting for our food when one of the employees harassed us and tried to kick us out. this felt racially motivating because he then tried to kick us out because we had drinks from outside. i didn’t know being dehydrated was so offending.

Still make ya fat lol .... Mc Donald's is Mc Donald's no matter which one you go to everything taste the same lol .... I wish I could open up one , great way to become rich ..... everyone loves a burger !!

I order a large black coffee every morning to get the day started. Great McDonald’s but the customers are rude and nasty to the staff everytime I go. Even if they try to make the experience more comfortable 9 times out of 10, they’re still rude. Management could use a bit more training and they should advertise that they close at night but aside from that, the best McDonald’s in the area.

To McDonald's management. Your drive thru people are confused because of the two lane ordering system. My orders are never right, missing items, switched items. Have to check everything. Never fails to have a wrong item. Case in point - had a Fish filet sandwich billed, but I never ordered. Either they are hard of hearing or confused. Need to correct immediately.

The ONLY location that has very reasonable menu. The only place where the crispy chicken sandwich is $6. Other places its like $9 just gor the sandwich. Very clean, nice staff and good served hot.

Food is decent, but the wait time and attitude of one particular employee was awful. Every time she works there, she always talks with an attitude. Particularly, one time, when she took 5 minutes to talk with some fellow customers, not exchanging food or anything. Of course, i didn't mind because that would seem cruel otherwise, I assumed it was family, but the moment she came to talk to me, she gave me more attitude and a rude tone. Decent food overall, just wish she would be a little nicer
