I like the location it's very convenient being able to pull up to the drive thru & not have to wait 30 min idling my car they seem to work quicker than the branch on two notch by sandhills that location always has a line of cars & the service is slow. At this location theyare speedy & much more pleasant. I dont like the fact everytime I need a cashier's check I have to pay $8 for it but it is what it is. $35 overdraft fees per transaction seems like predatory lending but that's just my opion & the people who work here have 0 yo do with that so they get 4 stars ~Dominick

Publix Super Market at Kennerly Crossing

We normally love the deli but as of lately itā€™s been very underwhelming. The past few times weā€™ve went they are out of a lot of fresh veggies for the subs/salads and restocking does not seem like a priority. We arenā€™t hard to deal with so we went and got fresh veggies from the produce to dress our salads and subs ourselves. The issue is the veggies that were in stock and put on our food seemed to be old, wilted, and almost rotten which was unbearable to finish. Iā€™m only addressing this hoping the issue gets fixed because we normally love eating from here. ~Gabbie

Lake Murray Gymnastics

If I could give this place more stars I would. We did the playful parenting once a week over the summer. From day 1 they treated us like they knew us and really made us feel comfortable. I also want to add my son wears braces on his feet due to a corrected club foot from birth and attends various therapies and he was able to do everything and feel like he was just like all the other kids. The teachers and staff were so positive and uplifting. They always told him what a good job he was doing. This meant so much to me to see my child getting treated like the other kids and too see him thriving and happy. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back next year. ~Laura

Customer service is terrible, and very unorganized. I had to go up to management just to get a start date on my kids soccer, because no one in the front desk new. None of the soccer fields are labeled so good luck finding your team. Our coach dipped out on the last day, and was supposed to take team pics (she didnā€™t), and she didnā€™t put anyone in charge when she left so I literally had to step in and help coach. Did I mind, no, but what else was I supposed to do. The other team was running scrimmages, and our kids were sitting around the field picking flowers šŸ˜‘. In addition, for some reason we had only 6 players in our team, which meant they had to play the entire game. Mind you, I have a 6 year oldā€¦.there is no way in hell she can play an entire game. The other team had so many players, so many I lost countā€¦I think I counted 11. They could easily switch out players when they got to tired. So on our last day we were forced to forfeit in the middle because our team was too tired to continue šŸ˜¢. The other team stayed and played a game with their own team, it was pretty messed up. My daughter was upset because she couldnā€™t understand why we had to stop the game šŸ˜”. The saddest part, while we loaded up the car one of the parents rushed over to hand over a medal for her. Apparently a director (Iā€™m not sure who) handed them to her. It did cheer my daughter up, but sadly not everyone got a medal because they had already left by the time medals were handed out. Hopefully theyā€™ll actually read this and make the proper changes, and have a better way to educate coaches of their responsibilities. ~Xiamaris

Hertz Car Rental - Irmo - Evergreen Drive

On August 27th I rented a pick up truck from Hertz Fernandina Rd Columbia SC location. On August 30th my family & I left for vacation. On the way to our destination, the vehicle shut completely off while we were on the interstate directly in front of an 18 wheeler truck. We called Hertz for help in which we didnā€™t receive because I was told that I had too many car seats for them to transport my family & I to a safe location & that I needed to call a cab service pay for it at my own expenses to get my family to a safe location then they would send someone to pick up the vehicle. Talking about discrimination at its finest! We then sat on the interstate broken down for nearly 2 hours. The vehicle crank back up long enough so that we could make it the next exit where my husband had to then add transmission fluid to the vehicle. Letā€™s just say we ended up breaking down 3 more times after that. I have pictures of every dash board warning sign & light that came on after each break down. My case has been under review since ā€ŖAugust 30th.ā€¬ I was told on Monday October 7th that someone would be reviewing my case in order to reimburse me for the lost of food items that went bad due to the fact of our vacation being pushed backed 3.5 hours because we were broken down on the side of the interstate and also the reimbursement for the vendor cost for the festival that was paid for months in advance in which we were not able to attend being that their company would not provide us with a replacement vehicle. My family and I endured extreme distress from their company placing us in a faulty vehicle. As well as a lack of empathy from their company because we did not receive help nor a replacement vehicle until THREE days later. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! 3 months later I have yet been issued reimbursement not even a simple apologize. This company is a joke with garbage vehicles! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! ~S.

Jim Hudson Toyota

I took my car in for my scheduled appointment yesterday. When I booked my appointment I was told they would be able to do a inside detail of my car and maintenance (just a tire rotation). I told the lady that I spoke with that Iā€™ve already had not so great detail experiences with Jim Hudson in the past and to please make sure I was put with someone that did a good job with detailing. I dropped my car off before 11am and picked it up at 2:30pmā€¦three and a half hours for a tire rotation . The inside of my car had not even been touched when I picked my vehicle up. It had been parked outside ā€œready to goā€. Jim Hudson offered to let me use a rental for the rest of the day so that it could be detailed. I received a call at 4 PM from the detail department asking if they could continue working on my car that evening and finish it up in the morning. I did not want to keep the rental overnight but I agreed and told him that I was going to see a patient in Charlotte this morning and then I would be back around lunchtime to pick the car up. I arrived at Jim Hudson at 1 PM and the pictures below are the results of my interior detail. I was not charged for this ā€œdetailā€ BUT iā€™m having to take it elsewhere today to have somebody else do it for me. Also none of the windows inside of my car had been cleaned. DO NOT waste your time or money. Iā€™m not sure what was done in the 10 business hours my car was left at Jim Hudson for detail but being detailed was NOT one of them. I have been using Jim Hudson for the last three years and Iā€™ve had many good and not so good experiences. But I have never had one so bad that I felt I needed to leave a bad review. ~Sarah
