Best fast food restaurant in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina (SC) 2024

This Jimmy John's location on Houston Northcutt Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a well managed Jimmy John's location that is fast and convenient when you want a quality sandwich. They make everything easy to order even for larger orders. I have had a really good experience every time I have come here. ~Evan

Place is disgusting. After trying to use the restroom, I realized this is not the people I want preparing my food. I didn’t know I had to bring my own toilet paper, hand soap, and bleach to clean the bathroom. This is the same bathroom the employees are using to prepare the food. ~Inbox2

My family frequents this location often and normally have a pleasant experience. Today, however, was different. My husband and I went in for lunch at around 2:00. The restaurant was empty, so we ordered quickly. The gentlemen that took our order was welcoming. When we received our food, it wasn’t the quality we’ve received in the past. The chicken didn’t even cover the bun and appeared darker than usual (we’ve gotten this exact sandwich on several occasions). There were no pickles on either sandwich. When my husband went to return the food for a refund, the employee was argumentative and stated that was how the sandwiches came. When he responded that it was not, she stated that “this is the size”. After my husband said we’ve had them before, she then stated they were out of the appropriate chicken. Had we been told, we would have ordered something else. She did refund our money and we left and will probably not return for a while. As we left the restaurant, we could hear snickering from several employees. Ended up going to another restaurant for our chicken sandwiches and received great customer service elsewhere. ~Mallory

We spent several hours at the beach and by the time we got back to the hotel and cleaned up, most the restaurants were close to closing. A quick Google search brought up Cook Out! We have been hoping to try it but it seemed overwhelming, especially with kids. However, the experience was great! Their dining room was open until 930pm, but since it was close to that, we got ours Togo. The gal that took our order was very kind and helpful. The prices were great!! We waited a smidgen for our order, but that makes sense because their drive thru was packed and continued the entire time we were there. Each of our family of four got something different and we each enjoyed our meals. If I understood it correctly you pick a main item and then you get two sides and a drink. I got grilled chicken, onion rings, and cheese bites. Everything was delicious. If you plan on ordering a lot to go, you may want to bring your own bag and something to carry drinks because it didn't seem like they offer anything to help. ~Kristie
