The food was good. Plenty of food for the price. The establishment was locked forcing to use the drive up window. It is an extremely tight fit and turn for extended cab trucks as there's a drop off as you turn the building.

Listen. I get why the reviews are so low now. You think Bojos is Bojos so we went for it. We went around 330pm on a Saturday. Only a couple of cars in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. The employee taking our order was very rude when we had to change our order when they were out of things. Food wasn't hot. It was warm. And then we get home and find this where the chicken sandwich should be. I don't know how someone made this and thought it should be right. It was brown and gray and completely inedible. We didn't even want to touch it. Be warned.

No sweet potato pies. STILL unable to go inside. The ONLY positive was at LEAST the young lady at the window was kind. The bo rounds had been sitting under the light for a while because they were chewy. The biscuit I ordered was so hard on the bottom that I had to throw it out. They need to clean their soda machine because the drinks taste lime mold. There were plenty of employees inside that could have absolutely handled the front as well as the drive thru. I've just put it on my DO NOT GO list and I'll just continue driving to the next one. I really thought that after a year it would be better, but I was sadly mistaken. The owner of this franchise location needs to be banned from the franchise because it's giving Bojangles a bad name!

I have got really tired of the rudeness at the Mount Pleasant location and they never have any breakfast food in the evenings anymore. Everytime I go there they are out of something or they do not want to cook anymore biscuits or food items. They have to start doing better in Mount pleasant SC.

We were on our way to Charleston for my son's doctor appointment. We wanted to stop for lunch before we got there. I was absolutely disappointed with the experience we had. Super long line, the employees kept taking orders and not making everyone's order. It took us 25 minutes to get our food. Didn't get my drink right. Couldn't fix the issue myself because the pop machine was broken. We sit down to eat to fine out my son's order was wrong & the Mac n cheese was iced cold. I threw it on the counter and asked for a mash potato with gravy instead. I get it back to the table and they used sausage gravy instead of the normal brown gravy. That's not even all. My dad waited longer than we did. Literally everyone in front and the people who came in after us got their food before he did. The bathrooms were dirty and dusty. Their kitchen and dining area had dirty floors and the employees were rude. Also watched someone place an order online come to pick up us order that said it was ready. The "manager" wouldn't refund the man his money. I've been to other Bojangles and I have never had any issues..

If there was a way to give this place zero stars, that's what I would give it. Tried on two different occasions to order at the drive-thru without any success both times. The first time was for a salad and was informed that they weren't selling salads without any explanation as to why not. So I drove away. The next time that I stopped in to place a drive-thru order for a breakfast sandwich I was informed by them that they were not serving breakfast. I found this to be odd from a place that serves breakfast all day. So I asked for just plain biscuits and was told they were only serving biscuits in their meal boxes. Therefore I drove off again. So if you have time to waste and really don't want any of their food, then this is the place for you. Personally though, I will never stop here again and highly recommend that you don't either.

Clusterf... From the order at the drive thru. No coleslaw. Okay sub another side. Waited at least 10 minutes at the window - after I checked my watch. In a downpour. Then the order was wrong and I had to get out of the car twice to get everything I paid for because the employee couldn't leave the door because it would lock on him. In the rain! Food was good, though.

Drive thru only open & waited 5 minutes for car in front to order who was only other customer. Got to microphone and employee asked us to wait 5-10 minutes. Said we couldn’t wait and he cut us off. Drove out of our way to get there. Need to close the restaurant if that’s the best you can do.

I'd never been to this location before, and I entered the drive through from the main entrance instead of the side entrance, so I never went by the order speaker. You can't get out once you're in, so I was stuck waiting thirty minutes to get to the window just for them to tell me to drive around and wait all over again. I left and went to Rasing Canes instead.

My family frequents this location often and normally have a pleasant experience. Today, however, was different. My husband and I went in for lunch at around 2:00. The restaurant was empty, so we ordered quickly. The gentlemen that took our order was welcoming. When we received our food, it wasn’t the quality we’ve received in the past. The chicken didn’t even cover the bun and appeared darker than usual (we’ve gotten this exact sandwich on several occasions). There were no pickles on either sandwich. When my husband went to return the food for a refund, the employee was argumentative and stated that was how the sandwiches came. When he responded that it was not, she stated that “this is the size”. After my husband said we’ve had them before, she then stated they were out of the appropriate chicken. Had we been told, we would have ordered something else. She did refund our money and we left and will probably not return for a while. As we left the restaurant, we could hear snickering from several employees. Ended up going to another restaurant for our chicken sandwiches and received great customer service elsewhere.
