I had a package delivered to the wrong address by accident. My phone auto filled shipping information but I didn't know about it until I got the notification that it had been delivered. The notification showed me that the package was delivered to the spring Hill post office, which I thought was a little suspicious considering I live in Thompson station. So I went to the spring Hill post office and inquired about the package in question. I was told that it had been delivered to a different address. I realized then what had happened and asked if it was my old dress. Once they confirmed that, the woman helping me insisted that I allow the mail person who delivered it to also retrieve it. She said that because of the law, the people didn't technically have to give me back the package. So it would be better for the mailman to ask. I said fine. I appreciated the heads up and it was my understanding that once the mail person retrieved the items, I could then come to the post office to pick them up. A few days pass by and I still haven't gotten a phone call. I found some time in my busy schedule to get a hold of the post office again and they informed me that the package had been forwarded to my current address. I was thankful that they did that however confused because I thought I would be retrieving it from the post office. All they had to do was get the package and I would come get it. It's now 3 weeks later and after many failed attempts at the over the phone customer service machine I finally was able to find out that they actually sent the package back to the sender, so it was not forwarded to my address and I've been wasting 3 weeks waiting on this package that was never going to come. I finally had to get a hold of the business from which I ordered to inform them of the confusion and miscommunication. I spoke to one gentleman on the phone who is very kind and informative, but other than that every person that I dealt with at the spring Hill post office was not helpful or professional with their communication with each other to get my issue solved. It has been a month-long debacl that could've been solved in a matter of days. ~Emily

Great little pet supply store. They have a great selection and super helpful staff. Its a big plus to get to pet the sweet kitties. Prices comparable to the big box pet stores. ~Kisha

This and Baskin Robbins was absolutely disgusting! There were a bunch of kids that looked like they were no more than 16. They were oblivious that there were customers. The place was trashed and NASTY! Everything you can imagine was all over the floor. All the tables were filthy. If I had of known before I ordered our ice cream I would have turned around and left! The first thing I did notice was the freezer part where you pick your ice cream. It was completely frosted over around the edges. I got a regular cone with butter pecan. Since for some reason they didn't have your basic chocolate 🤔! When I got to my cone...omg! It was STALE! I walked to the counter and when someone finally acknowledged my presence, I let the girl know the cones were stale for their future customers. She pointed to some and said "These ones or these ones "? I'm disturbed at the grammar. I pointed to the correct cones. She said "okay" and walked off. That's it! Didn't remove them and no apology! My daughter got avocado toast from Dunkin and it was basically a cold piece of bread with a tiny bit of avocado 🥑. It was also handed to her in a box with avocado smeared all over the top. There was 4 teenagers working and it wasn't busy. They were all huddled in a corner doing NOTHING! DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE FUNK! WILL NOT GO BACK! ~Kimberly

I have been a fan of Terry and his associates since I moved to Spring Hill in 1996. Their prices are fair, their work is good, and they will give me an upfront estimate when possible, or call with costs to get approval before doing the work. They stand behind their work, and always tell me to come back if things aren't resolved, for any reason. I feel confident when I deal with them, that they are honest with me about work that needs doing, and recommendations they make, and that is worth alot to me. . ~Jane

I've come to this location for years and it has gone downhill as far as quality and service. yesterday I had an online order and arrived early for it, and the guy acted annoyed, said it was already made, and basically threw the sack at me! was super shocked. the girl at the register was incredibly bubbly and nice, but after having that happen im not sure ill come back to this location :/ ~Mabry
