My husband and I have always had such a positive experience at this particular att store. The service is quick and so helpful! We have done transfers and initally opened our account through this location and have never run into any issues. Every detail is well communicated and explained. Last Friday I received the best customer service EVER from Tityona Lowe, first I went early afternoon, I mentioned that I had to pick up my kids at school in a while and very nicely she recommended to go first to pick them up and then come back with them to do everything with no rush and set up my current foreign cell phone with a local number, I told her my little one was very active, and she said that is ok, no worries, we will figure it out. I came back with my kids and it took a while indeed, she made my kids feel very comfortable, and she tried DURING A LONG TIME to set up my foreign cellular phone with the local number, she really did her best to save me the taxes of a new cell phone, she made a couple of phone calls, texted other colleagues, I was amazed of all the effort and time she put on this, while giving an excellent customer service to other customer that came half an hour after I did. I really want to thank Tityona because my kids felt good while waiting a long time and because I am sure she did the best she could, finally I had to pay the taxes of a new cell phone, but it totally worth it because of a great service, definitely it made a HUGE DIFFERENCE. This is going to be my AT&T store from now on for sure. THANKS A LOT❤️

don't listen to anyone that works there or over the phone. I signed up for internet august 24th and was told I'd have internet that Monday. was told my bill for phones and internet would be 190$ and tax. I still have no internet but got my first bill for it and the phones......... the absolute nerve of a company to bend you over a barrel AFTER you trade in your old phones that you can't get back and you are contractually obligated to pay this amount for 3 years.. don't even waste your time this is THE WORST company that exists hands down.

Every one here was so nice and knowledgeable! They understood exactly what I wanted and lowered my bill all while getting me a new phone!! Can’t recommend this location enough!!

They work disgustingly - they trick me into signing up for unnecessary calling plans, for example, they put me on a business account, which is twice as expensive. After that, my husband and I spent an hour and a half on our phones and drove to this store again to no avail. As a result, we are still not sure which plan my phone is on... Be vigilant and attentive! Check your records and documents!

I personally want to thank the manager Julian for assisting me with my upgrades. Honestly, I was just coming in to upgrade my series 3 Apple Watch. Julian told me about the great promotion where I could get an iPhone 13 at a discount rate! Of course I took the offer. Not only was he friendly and helpful.. he also had a handsome smile to go along with it. The atmosphere was great! The other manager Johnathan told me about some accessories to bling out my phone. Just overall a great experience. I have recommended a few of my friends. Thanks Julian and Jonathan! The dynamic AT&T duo!
