Hi, I would also not recommend the pharmacy at this location. I am finally speaking up because I'm tired of being trrated wrong when all I'm trying to do is get medicine. The 2 stars is for it being a CVS and it does have stuff and things. Due to a miscommunication on my doctor's side, I had went on 7/29 to check if my medicine will be filled on August 3rd. And I'm glad I did double check, because unfortunately my doctor put August 15th [another miscommunication but that's a seperate issue] unbeknownst to me. The lady working the counter that day printed a paper with my doctor's comments, hilgihted August 15th and gave me a snark tone "they said to not fill until the 15th" and basically looked at me like I was an addict. I said "oh ok thank you" and walked out. Called my Dr the next day and got everything figured out. I am tired of good, honest people who just need their medicine being treated like addicts by pharmacists. That is beyond wrong. I understand the opioid crisis is rampant in this country due to doctoral greed and control, but there are other people who are just normal folks that are in debilitating pain that just want their medicine. I am not sure if she works at this location anymore and hope she doesn't. You don't deserve to work in the medical industry if you lack compassion. She should and could have worded this better and asked me to maybe check with my doctor. You never know someone's full story.

When I physically go there it is fine, but try to talk to this pharmacy on the telephone is near impossible. The computer generated recording that is supposed to be "helpful " is so screwed up that it wants to make me pull my hair out !!!I have breathing issues so if I just need answers the phone is easier. I have tried now today going through corporate and have been disconnected twice .The recording you deal with is moronic at best. I am actually thinking of pulling my roughly $200 / month in prescriptions and going somewhere easier to deal with. If I were starting over again CVS would be the last place on my radar for prescriptions !!

Very rude cashier, the black young lady left me hanging at the self checkout register after I asked her for help. It seemed like she giving importance first to other stuff around except helping me. I told her again if she could help me out “please” and she started giving me that look with an attitude. She turned around and ignored me. She started talking to me rude and went back to her front register to sit down on her phone. I had never experienced some rude employees before. I would rate a half star.

PHARMACY NO GOOD !!!!!👎👎 After dropping off my anabiotic at 3:30pm in the afternoon the pharmacist failed to call me about any updates or even text me about what was going on with my prescription. when I arrived at 7 PM ready to pick up my daughters anabiotic the pharmacist lady told me that she would fix it up because it was a compound I told her I was going to wait. As I waited there for more than 30 minutes watching customers come and go she never did fix the compound or even cared about fixing it right away. All of the customers that came in after me were taken care of except for me. After going to the manager and telling him what was going on he walked to the back and let them know to fix my anabiotic. The pharmacist still wanted to stand there and to get done with all she had to do before even fixing the compound. I let her know that I was sitting on to the side and she said that she didn’t even see me which was a lie because she was cashing customers out and was noticing that I was still sitting there . This is the most unprofessional pharmacy that I have ever witnessed and then on top of that to act so dumbfounded like she didn’t even know I was there complete waste of time go to another pharmacy it’ll suit you best.

I went in on Friday 2/18 around 7ish and the service was good. I was greeted and how was I doing . The new manager introduced himself, asked how I was doing. He told me that he was available if I had any questions.

I went in to buy a bag of popcorn and use the restroom so I would not tinkle on myself and they were more than happy to sell me a bag of popcorn but not allow me to use the restroom. They claimed it was a Covid problem. Dad place stinks. And the man who told it to me he’s looking at the front door as I am reciting this to you. Don’t go there.

Outrageous! Went there today for my second COVID Pfizer vaccine shot and they refused. “Sorry you need an appointment.” I replied that the CVS site for this pharmacy states no appointment is necessary. The pharmacist said they still want an appointment anyway for me to get vaccinated at their CVS location, no matter what it says on their site. I did respond that I got my first COVID shot at CVS 6824, very close by on Walnut Hill. They welcomed me as a walk-in, and I bought all the other things there that I was planning to buy here after getting my second shot. The pharmacist didn’t seem to care. Well, fine. Adios. What really steams me is that the pharmacy wasn’t even busy. I was the only customer there. Neither was the store. I can understand why. Went to CVS on Walnut Hill, also just off North Central. Great people. I was welcomed as a walk-in and it was a breeze.
