This place used to be a joy to come to. After tonights experience it is obvious that none of the employees care or want to be there. Big guy was rude, and had 3 stand around and watch a trainee butcher my simple wrap. When I went to eat it it just fell apart cause they didn't even teach him to wrap it correctly..miss the old staff

I've come to this location for years and it has gone downhill as far as quality and service. yesterday I had an online order and arrived early for it, and the guy acted annoyed, said it was already made, and basically threw the sack at me! was super shocked. the girl at the register was incredibly bubbly and nice, but after having that happen im not sure ill come back to this location :/

Super staff and very good subs, but way too expensive, $48 for four subs, only one was a foot long, no drinks or chips.

We love our local Jersey Mike's! We're originally from the Jersey Shore, where Jersey Mike's began, so this is like a little taste of home.

This place has been very consistent over the years. However, today I purchased a big Kahuna cheesesteak. It was disgusting. Dried up meat and way over seasoned. Very little cheese and virtually no veggies. Im very disappointed in the sack of garbage they sold me. I've been coming here regularly since it opened. I won't be back

The food isn’t normally bad but today I got super grossed out when I saw two things. For one the tables are never wiped clean literally there wasn’t one clean table the last 5 times I’ve been here. Second I witnessed a young employee leave the counter with his gloves grab sodas out of the public cooler out by the drink machines (touching handle with gloves on) put them in bags and then return behind the counter handling peoples sandwiches with the same gloves he had just touched the cooler with. Really gross and not the proper way to handle food. Especially at a time like this where there are so many health risks with covid. Won’t be back because of what I saw today. Ew………! Please teach your employees proper food handling practices !
