Best atm in Edinburg, Texas (TX) 2024

First of all I want to say that I have been a Wells Fargo account holder for 20 years. Today I walked in at the Trenton branch to just get a replacement card for one of my account, this was at 11:20am, the lobby was empty, ther was some bankers socializing at one of the desks. I stopped to asked if they can help with my card replacemnt and they tell me that they can not do that since they are closing, I asked then why they advertised on the front door that they close at noon, which they reply that they stop taking customers at 11:00 am. So they just sit there for 1 hour before closing just mingling with each other. I think is time to start looking for other bank options, in reality they just don't care if they loose a few customers. ~Santiago

This bank isn't letting me use my debit card while there is no suspicious activity happening. I called and asked for a bank statement, they said they would call back and then blocked my card so I can't even use my own debit card. Horrible service ~Luis
