First of all I want to say that I have been a Wells Fargo account holder for 20 years. Today I walked in at the Trenton branch to just get a replacement card for one of my account, this was at 11:20am, the lobby was empty, ther was some bankers socializing at one of the desks. I stopped to asked if they can help with my card replacemnt and they tell me that they can not do that since they are closing, I asked then why they advertised on the front door that they close at noon, which they reply that they stop taking customers at 11:00 am. So they just sit there for 1 hour before closing just mingling with each other. I think is time to start looking for other bank options, in reality they just don't care if they loose a few customers.

I love banking with wells fargo. I have been with this bank since I lived in WA state. Thats why I think they deserve at least 2 stars. But the wait in line in the drive thru is insane. 1½ hours and still waiting... UPDATE: Now that the pandemic has passed (we are now june 2022), I love coming to this bank. As soon as you walk in through the doors, youre greeted, and there are always 2 or 3 tellers assisting customers. Even if theres a line, it goes quick. Even my 6 yr old doesnt mind us coming because he knows its fast. Sorry about the previous rant (above), I guess it was just the whole covid mess.

They didn’t cash a check, because the wanted a passport,and unfortunately I only have my drivers license which is literally a picture ID as well. And sadly I had to leave my workers without their payment for a week.

I would give it no stars. They wouldn’t sign as notary. Said they would need 24 to 48 hrs to review because they are bound to the document which makes no sense since they are not responsible for what the document represents ONLY THAT IAM WHO I AM, when I sign the form. I am the only one bound and responsible for the actual document! Worse bank ever!

Wells Fargo has the most slowest most outdated drive thru procedures in all of the Rio Grande Valley! There is no reason why Anyone should be waiting for more than a half hour to make a deposit! None what so ever. Hire more employees, create a better more efficient service. I know your capable of a better system. Your Wells Fargo....

Bad service. I am unhappy with my experience today with this specific Wells Fargo. First, they didn’t have my appointment ready the ladies did not know who was going to assist me. Second, they sent me with a rude young lady who wasn’t much help she pretty much did what she wanted. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

It always takes 45 min to 1 hour EVERY SINGLE TIME. Worst drive thru ever. I would understand if the lines were long but only 3 cars ahead of me. One time only 2 cars ahead and still took 40 min. Switch to a different bank if you don't have forever to wait.

I love banking with Wells Fargo, but this location has a drive thru issue. Takes way too long to get assistance, its almost as if every customer ahead of you is opening up a new account. Perhaps they need more staff to manage the drive thru transactions. If you're short on time, don't stop by unless you see an empty lane, which isn't likely. Just stick to online banking or come after work if you get out before they close

I will not recommend this bank to no one I’m truly upset with all the service they give when it comes to my bank account and I will be closing my account for good this bank very soon. Due to me calling customer service to again EXPLAIN to me the same thing example you put money in your bank then you go to a store to purchase an item it automatically gets minus from your main total, then in like a day or two goes, and your still receiving money deposits so your total should be going up with the total you know that’s left in your account even viewing from your app from the bank it self, and come to find out you go negative out of no where and they take out from your total. Makes no sense to me if they tell me it’s the merchant that takes there time WHEN THE BANK PULLS FROM MY TOTAL RIGHT THEN AN THERE so where does my money go everyday when it pulls from my total amount in my bank account. NO SENSE PEOPLE TO EVEN BANK WITH THIS BANK. And this is not the first time it happens to me! But it will be the last time for sure. AND PEOPLE TOLD NOT TO GO TO THIS BANK AND NOW I KNOW WHY. Horrible bank for sure.
