Got my oil change done today and they did it pretty fast but they documented the wrong mileage. They added 4000 miles to the mileage I currently have and then kept telling me they couldnā€™t change it in the system and could only give me a new sticker. They hand wrote the sticker and made it for 5000 miles instead of the 3000 miles they normally recommend, probably so it wonā€™t look weird when I come back after 3000 miles and my odometer shows less miles than their history has documented. Then they just wrote my actual mileage in marker on my paper copy. Now it looks like I ran my vehicle on really bad oil for a very long time. Definitely not happy. I just hope they donā€™t give me any issues with my mileage when I come back in 3000 miles and itā€™s less than what they have in their system. Service: Oil change ~Christina

Boost Mobile

If I could put no stars, I most definitely would. I took a phone a friend had given me from T-Mobile. When I went to the store, they told me I had to go to the carrier and have the phone unlocked. Cool. The gentleman also told me that he didnā€™t have any SIM cards so he sent me to Walmart to purchase one. Cool. So days later, once my phone is completely unlocked (I verified with T-Mobile), it still would not work. I called Apple Support and after an hour, they told me my device was NOT compatible with Boost. I was so upset because the gentleman had supposedly checked and verified that the model WAS compatible. I then call to this store and I am immediately transferred to the manager who simply said, ā€œThereā€™s nothing I can do. You have to call my supervisor .ā€ She did not ask me anything! Did not ask me about my account, did not ask me what model. Just ā€œYou have to call my supervisor and tell him what the gentleman saidā€ What is the point of a ā€œmanagerā€ if all the manager is going to do is try to dust herself off from the situation? Not even trying to help. Even after speaking to the supervisor, he said any phone is compatible with any service if the device is completely unlocked. WRONG. After hours of trying to figure this out I was able to speak to someone from boost and told me it was NOT compatible. I am not one to write reviews but this was the worst experience ever. All the manager did was try to throw her employee under the bus. Try again. ~Alexia

Wells Fargo Bank

First of all I want to say that I have been a Wells Fargo account holder for 20 years. Today I walked in at the Trenton branch to just get a replacement card for one of my account, this was at 11:20am, the lobby was empty, ther was some bankers socializing at one of the desks. I stopped to asked if they can help with my card replacemnt and they tell me that they can not do that since they are closing, I asked then why they advertised on the front door that they close at noon, which they reply that they stop taking customers at 11:00 am. So they just sit there for 1 hour before closing just mingling with each other. I think is time to start looking for other bank options, in reality they just don't care if they loose a few customers. ~Santiago

Horrible customer service. Came to get new debit card at 8:30am, ok it opened till 9. Walked around Walmart then 15mns prior to opening stood right outside literally near the tellers area. Both guy and lady came out to set up their standing posters and so forth getting ready to open. NEITHER ONE said GOODMORNING WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU the lady took out some standing posters walked right infront of me did not bother to say excuse me Maā€™am nor goodmorning do u need help or we will be with u shortly NOTHING. I was non existant. Ok fine. Guy asks me do u need help w teller or we us in the office. I just I NEED A NEW DEBIT CARD he leaves to ask the rude lady something comes back and sais OUR MACHINE HAS A NOTE THAT A TE HNICIAN WILL COME BY TODAY. I was already annoyed how rude they both were so i said IV BEEN WAITING FOR 30mns he was going to say I DIDNT KNOW but stopped half way looked at his wat h and said well we open at 9. He looked young so maybe lack of experience in customer service but either way. Lady looked like she could be a bit older but still both not good at customer service at all. Didnt apologize didnt even say good morning to begin with and the fact that the rude lady just walked literally infront of me with no excuse me good morning atleast a MOVE DOG something. Never again coming here. I work in customer service and if ur in that business be curtious be friendly even if ur having a shity day or dislike ur job. I apreciate my customers, clients, I love taking care of them. And to have to deal with these type of employees is so dissapointing. Do better you 2.
