You find good things but they took off the scanners an hour phone doesn't scan the prices most of the time an alot of employees look annoyed because we ask for prices an if they see you coming to them they take off somewhere else are they over worked or just lazy

I went in to their bakery today in search of a dessert for a gathering and came home with a cake mix. It included German chocolate, chocolate, red velvet, and carrot cake. It was delicious!!! Also bought for the home a 6 pack of chocolate donuts. 😋

The customer service here is horrible. Everyone knows that Walmart treats their employees like trash. Instead of hiring more workers and paying them a competitive wage, they would rather purchase more empty registers and self serve stations. What they need is a nationwide walkout leading to a unionization. But regardless, when you can’t find anyone anywhere to help you, or when you do they make excuses to run away and not even take 20 seconds to page assistance for speaks volumes about Walmart culture. They don’t care about the customer. They only care about their money to be made.

I’ve had enough of Walmart employees being behind your back while you’re scanning the things at self checkout and asking for the receipt at the exit and not doing the same to everyone. No wonder people sue them. They’re not very smart, do they honestly think a thief is going to steal right in front of their faces. If you don’t trust your customers, give cashiers their job positions back and get rid of your stupid self checkout registers. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I’m begging you guys to get more self checkouts like the other Walmarts, every time I come there’s a huge line to pay because you guys only have 8 self checkouts and 2 open registers and it takes forever. I go out of my way to not go to this Walmart for this reason, but it’s across the street from me so sometimes I have to go through waiting in line because I need something right then and there. Please take a page out of the McColl Walmart and add like 20 self checkouts and I promise more people will actually want to come to this Walmart and not have to wait 25 min to pay every time they come. This si the only Walmart in the Edinburg-Mcallen Area that has this problem and it would be so simple to fix.

It was good but I thing hate I paid in front of the door greeter she saw me pay and still asked for my receipt had less than 4 bags. People behind me had their carts full just passed by.

Thiis Walmart bigger and very clean. I stayed 2 days there everything I was shopping from this Center. They have everything hot cold sandwich deli pastry breads etc. That's the shopping Center I'm talking guys. If you live around of this area go shopping Center and prices are very reasonable. Thank you Walmart

Last in the front was rude because she called me out in front of everyone. I don’t like using plastic bags and I forgot my own bag so I put all my groceries in the basket and as I was walking out with it to not carry everything in my arms the last in front said “maam!” to call my attention and she didn’t say anything. Just pointed at e basket with all my groceries and then pointed to the baskets that were on the floor for customers to grab. I knew what she wanted me to do. To put the basket where it was and not walk out with it. But how come we can take the cart outside and not the basket? The point is to facilitate our carrying the groceries to the cart. When I worked in customer service, I would’ve nicely said “oh I’m sorry ma’am you’re not allowed to take baskets outside but let me get you a cart instead.” I know this is something small but someone having a bad day can easily just get their feeling hurt. Just for future reference

I always shop at Walmart, some time or another. In store as well as online. Recently I'm not happy with the price increases. Many grocery items went up by a dollar or more, instead of a quarter. Some downright doubled. Example: fresh bakery fritters went from $1.93 one week, to $3.76 the next. The dozen glazed donuts went up in stages, from $3.49 to $4.25, then to $4.99. We customers notice this. We also notice when items ring up a dollar higher than the shelf price. Change you price tags already. Walmart is still my go to place for most anything.
