6 Best gym in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2025

I have been a member of Mutual Muscle for a little over a year now and all I have to say is WOW! It’s hard to imagine my life before joining this gym and the friends that I have made. The environment is always very professional, friendly, comfortable, and inviting. The trainers are the best of the best and are passionate about helping you meet your goals. The accountability is excellent and the communication is outstanding! This is exactly what this mother needed to help her feel healthy and strong! I recommend this gym to anyone who wants a lifestyle change and a fit- family like no other. I guarantee you will be welcomed with lots of smiles and friendly faces. ☺️ ~Lisa

The toilet overflows onto the floor in one restroom, and there is standing milky-white liquid on the floor in another. There were no staff, in the office or elsewhere, to mention the issue to at 6:15pm on a Monday. Anytime Fitness is a very reputable franchise with very well maintained gyms, but this location seems to be the exception. ~Dan

Camp South Fort Worth hard body challenge was incredible! From the initial meeting to sign up for the program to the coaches and front desk staff has been wonderful! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The challenge for me was a success. I’m beyond pleased with my results. The workouts match the diet plan that you are on. I will say the food for the hard body challenge is a lot. It was much more then I was consuming on a regular basis. The first week was the toughest as my body was getting acclimated to the diet and the workouts. After that first week I started lifting heavier by the third week I was able to do push-ups off of my knees and then by the last week I was able to complete the warm-up workouts without having to take a break. The program really works if you stick to the instructions. I highly recommend this program if you are planning a lifestyle change, if you want to lose a little bit of weight before a big event or if you just want to be happier within the body that you’re in. I personally feel better than ever, lighter and mentally clearer. Thank you for all of your support and for allowing me into your fit family during this six weeks! ~A

Fun CrossFit gym with engaging and motivating coaches. The gym is spacious, has plenty of equipment, clean, and well organized. The coaches motivating and really focused on teaching their class and helping all members of the class with technique, form, etc. The gym is welcoming to everyone of all fitness levels and non intimidating, but prepare to be pushed in a good way. Candice (the owner) did an amazing job of welcoming me to the gym, introducing me to coaches and members, giving me a tour, and getting know to me as far as my workout experience and goals which I really appreciated. I like that there are plenty of class options throughout the day to accommodate my schedule. ~Luis
