Fun CrossFit gym with engaging and motivating coaches. The gym is spacious, has plenty of equipment, clean, and well organized. The coaches motivating and really focused on teaching their class and helping all members of the class with technique, form, etc. The gym is welcoming to everyone of all fitness levels and non intimidating, but prepare to be pushed in a good way. Candice (the owner) did an amazing job of welcoming me to the gym, introducing me to coaches and members, giving me a tour, and getting know to me as far as my workout experience and goals which I really appreciated. I like that there are plenty of class options throughout the day to accommodate my schedule.

I grew up in Fort Worth and recently moved back. It's amazing what they've done with the old Lonestar Gymnastics space. I've been around CF since 2008 and this gym is amazing. Very supportive staff and community, and the gym is VERY clean. They have everything you could possibly need for crossfit and weightlifting.

CrossFit was a bit of a daunting experience for me at first, but the family at Iron Horse have been amazing to work with, and are willing to work with someone of any level! They are incredibly caring, and are all about making sure that there is an amazing environment to work out in!

I’ve been going to CrossFit Iron Horse on and off for a number of years now and I would have to say they are one of the top gyms in Fort Worth. There’s top notch coaching, consistency amongst the coaches, and programming with a purpose. The facility is unlike an other and they have the best equipment money can buy. CrossFit Iron Horse is going to be very difficult to match or top when I rotate duty stations. This organization is 1000% worth the cost and the staff are more than qualified. The atmosphere and program cant be beat. Sign up if you can and stop “thinking about it” like I did for so long.

CrossFit Iron Horse is amazing! The owner and coaches are welcoming, and continuously impresses me with their knowledge and guidance. This combined with their attention to detail with each member enables them to make well timed recommendations that result in exponential improvement in my movements and skills. We joined over a year ago with no prior CrossFit experience. The coaches are amazing at teaching new skills, pushing you to achieve your specific goals, and promoting habits to stay injury free. The community is a staple of CFIH with every member being welcoming, supportive, and motivating for new members.
