Awesome gym!!! I came through town and felt the need to get in some training. Easy transaction at the front and 10 bucks is a perfectly reasonable price for a day pass. The environment is great too! (Kinda dungeon style but not run down like most are.). MORE than enough equipment, lots of space, plenty of fans to keep you cool, and good music that’s at a perfect volume. (Low enough that you can communicate with a lifting buddy, and high enough to keep you hype while covering your grunts/yelps/hollers) 11 out of 10, I’ll definitely be back when I come through FW again!

What can I say about this wonderful place The equipment is elite/pro level. Massive space dedicated to every type of lifter and fitness level. Wonderful and kind owners that live the lifestyle and are constantly on the floor alongside you supporting your goals. Trainers that are professional and cover any type of training needs or wants. For a small fee compared to other gyms you get access to the same time and equipment that the elites train and smash records with. Garrett Denham is a terrific coach and great guy in 10 months took a guy who could only deadlift 140 and has him pulling 385. Like it says in the back “This place is my second family”
