Had an amazing experience with Ken at the Walmart tire center. Ken turned a disastrous day into a pleasant one. After having experienced a really bad customer service at Firestone in Frisco we were relief to finally have someone who was understanding and kind. My fiance and I had a nail in our tire and when I called to see if they had the tire we needed I was treated with the upmost respect and customer service.
