Had an amazing experience with Ken at the Walmart tire center. Ken turned a disastrous day into a pleasant one. After having experienced a really bad customer service at Firestone in Frisco we were relief to finally have someone who was understanding and kind. My fiance and I had a nail in our tire and when I called to see if they had the tire we needed I was treated with the upmost respect and customer service. They were very attentive, fast and all around just great. Definitely recommend coming here for all of your auto needs. Thank you, Ken!

Had a nail removed and tire fixed for it to go flat the next day. After having it looked at the dealership said the tire was not put back on correctly. And the plug was poorly done. Having to pay for it to get fixed again. Definitely would not recommend Service: Tires

Took my truck in for an oil change. There was one car ahead of me. Went in and shopped around the store for 1 hour. When I came back out to check, neither my truck, nor the vehicle ahead of me had been touched. Anticipating, at least another hour wait, I chose to cancel my service and leave. I went back the next morning. I was the first vehicle in line for oil service. I checked in and again went and shopped the store for 45 minutes. When I went back to check, the truck hadn’t been touched. I asked for an ETA on when the truck would be done and they said, at least another hour before we can get to it, we are putting tires on another vehicle. There were 3 techs there that I counted. I pulled my truck out again and am done with this place. I get that the Walmart price is lower than most but it appears what you save in money you lose in service. Service: Oil change

Went in last week. They didn’t have the tires that i wanted. Went to Walmart.com and ordered tires and booked an appointment for today. Got me in at my appt time. Switched the tires to the new ones. Everyone of the tire center employees were friendly easy to talk to. Wonderful experience overall. Would buys tired here again definitely. Good job guys

Awful service. Requested tire inspection because the warning light was on. They checked 1 tire and said nothing was wrong. I asked if they checked the others and they said no. I asked if they can check all because the light is on for a reason. They said I would have to go to the back of the line and wait another 90 minutes. They have no idea what they're doing. Stay away from the 423 and eldorado location.

I was absolutely blown away by the service from Walmart Auto Care center. I called themand let them know that I had a car that needs a battery and the other Walmart was too busy for me. They said bring my car on in and they would make sure they got to it before they close shop for the day, no matter what time it was. That is absolutely incredible customer service! Jeff and his team were absolutely terrific!

Really really really good customer service. And they were super fast. I think it took only 30 minutes to change my tire. I had a blowout and they put a new tire on my car.

Usually one or two employees working. Takes about 5-10 minutes for them to even come to your car and ask what you want. Then when you tell them they try their best to get you to go somewhere else I guess because they don't want to work. Saying it will take two hours, your car is making a funny noise so I can't change the oil and other really stupid stuff. Good news is once you pass the test and they actually decide to change the oil it's actually pretty fast and you can shop while you're inside waiting.
