Had an amazing experience with Ken at the Walmart tire center. Ken turned a disastrous day into a pleasant one. After having experienced a really bad customer service at Firestone in Frisco we were relief to finally have someone who was understanding and kind. My fiance and I had a nail in our tire and when I called to see if they had the tire we needed I was treated with the upmost respect and customer service. I never go to these types of places for oil changes. I’ve been skeptical due to many issues that tend to follow. My regular mechanic has since moved on and needed an oil change. I tried these folks and had a great experience. They checked the other fluids and reported only needing an air filter. They even showed it to me to ensure the customer had the facts.
