Inspection was done pretty quickly, which was great, but the staff wasn't very pleasant when I walked in. I asked that they don't move my broken electric seat a few minutes after I checked in since I forgot to mention it when I walked in. They took my car back for the inspection 5-10 minutes later. Inspector moved my seat and complained to the girl at the front that he couldn't drive it and that my seat was broken, only for her to tell him that I failed to mention it before the brought it in, right in front of me. I know for a fact I told them before they even moved my car since I was watching for my car the entire time I was waiting. Now, I'm pretty short and need my seat up kind of close, I can drive it if I fully extend my arms and legs, but it's definitely not safe. Do better to listen to your customers, especially for something simple.

Very unprofessional and rude employees, they suppose to change full synthetic engine oil for my my Mazda truck and changed to synthetic. When I asked him for full synthetic he said he will, and took my car inside, to my surprise, he bring back my car literally in less than 2 minutes and said he changed and above all they charged me for full synthetic. and I was watching them from the transparent glass they pull up the bonnet and closed and said they changed it. So disappointing behavior. I didn't lose anything but for them, I'm sure they lose one customer. For sure I will never go to them.

I never go to these types of places for oil changes. I’ve been skeptical due to many issues that tend to follow. My regular mechanic has since moved on and needed an oil change. I tried these folks and had a great experience. They checked the other fluids and reported only needing an air filter. They even showed it to me to ensure the customer had the facts. Thank you for a quick, well informed, and good service. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was working and making sure the customers were taken care of.

Went to this place for a state inspection, told 45 min to be out the door. Waited an hour to ask why my car hadn't even gone in yet, and the receptionist had no clue why, and that it would be another 30-45 minutes. Manager said the system goes down sometimes... I told him that customers should probably be notified if this is the case, even though employees were chowing down on burgers in the bay. Maybe communicate with your customers next time of a longer wait, instead of wasting their time? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This place has been my go-to for 6 years now but after my last few experiences I'll be going elsewhere. Last time I went they offered to fix my coolant leak for $100, I passed because rent was due and I wanted to wait until my next paycheck. Two weeks later I come in for a headlight replacement along with the coolant leak they previously offered. This time they wanted $1k. I turned them down and asked them to send me the work order so I could talk to other auto shops, they took over a day just to change my headlight and I had to ask 3 times for that work order, only got it when a different receptionist than the one I was speaking to was on staff. Finally got my car back and the battery was dead because they left my lights on overnight. One of the workers walked out and jump started my car without saying a word to me, acting annoyed that he had to do it in the first place. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have been going for almost 10 years. Called in said my starter isn't working I said can you change it then I also said you're going to make sure this is actually the problem. They said yes. I went to pick up my truck it wouldn't start. They charged me 709 dollars then when I said you didn't fix my truck they told me well you asked for a starter. I said I asked for them to fix my truck. I asked for the owners number they told me no and they would rather lose a 10 year customer than let me talk to the owner. Mitchell said the owner heard me decline other services but when I asked to talk to owner he declined to give me his information. Seems Mitchell is lying... never recommend this place ever again.

We got an oil change here and afterwards they told us we pretty urgently needed our engine flushed. Turns out we will need another oil change to do that. But they waited until after it was done to tell us to try to get more money out of us. When confronted, they deflected responsibility and showed 0 concern. Service: Oil change

I have used this shop for years for everything on my Mercedes. I was paying $600 every 5 months at the dealership until I bounced around to a few different shops and landed at Kwik Kar Frisco on Main. I cannot speak to the rest of the franchise but it’s this one specifically that I go to because they literally tell me what my manual says it’s time to do, they don’t reach out to me to come in, they don’t try and sell me wipers, or flush my radiator, or even change the flux capacitor. (That’s actually never happened) I come here and the same girl takes my money, she knows the business and gives you a good estimate on the wait. The mechanics go over what they did and if they find something they point it out and don’t pressure me to buy. I don’t live in Frisco anymore and I now make the 40 min trip because I get literal anxiety to take my car anywhere else. True story. Also the bathroom is so so clean. You can tell a girl takes care of it.
