Best oil change service in Frisco, Texas (TX) 2024

Don't mess up like me and go to a bad Firestone and expect them to do the job right. COME HERE instead. These guys despite not having a reservation on a busy day went out of their way for me. I couldn't be more pleased or thankful for their hard work. It was a quick tired patch but they showed me that my tire was already old and had a bad puncture and best to get a new one. Even late in the day they stayed behind for me and did the job. Couldn't ask for a more better crew and amazing hearts. Thanks fellas. I wish I could do more for you. ~Dan

Had an amazing experience with Ken at the Walmart tire center. Ken turned a disastrous day into a pleasant one. After having experienced a really bad customer service at Firestone in Frisco we were relief to finally have someone who was understanding and kind. My fiance and I had a nail in our tire and when I called to see if they had the tire we needed I was treated with the upmost respect and customer service. I never go to these types of places for oil changes. I’ve been skeptical due to many issues that tend to follow. My regular mechanic has since moved on and needed an oil change. I tried these folks and had a great experience. They checked the other fluids and reported only needing an air filter. They even showed it to me to ensure the customer had the facts. Thank you for a quick, well informed, and good service. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was working and making sure the customers were taken care of. ~Robert
