I would highly recommend this place. Both the mangers on the shift were very helpful and accommodative. I broke the wipers on my car and not able to fix it though they were no appointments DEVIN went above and able to squeeze me in and helped me to fix the wipers. Can’t ask for more during closing hours to come and help a customer. Thanks DEVIN and team, keep up the good work.

Brett is a very busy man! Seems like a great manager. I was there for an hour waiting to speak with him. I saw his multitasking. I heard him talk to customers on the phone and in person. He's very patient and kind... very efficient and empathetic. He seems honest and doesn't set up false expectations. I personally witnessed this in the waiting room.

I walked in here today at 6:40 to get a flat fixed. The guy at the counter tells me his one guy working was finishing up and he didn't have anyone. Meanwhile there's two techs standing in the lobby doing absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment on time, then after waiting 1 hour they tell me that the lift will not lift my 3/4 ton pickup..Really?? (Truck is brand new, empty bed.) They failed to inform me of this at the time (the day before) i was scheduling the appointment and telling them the vehicle was a 3/4 ton??

Absolutely terrible. I will never be back here. I made an appointment ahead of time for 10am for an oil change and new tires. After they said it would take 2-3 hours for the work to be done, I Ubered home. Waited many hours and called several times where they said “only 2-3 more hours”. At 6:30 it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, it was not ready and I had to wait until 7pm for it to be done. This place is severely understaffed and takes on too many appointments when they don’t have the time nor parts to get the work done in a timely manner. Ridiculous. Would never recommend this location.

Quick easy and convenient. I walked in on a Sunday morning no appointment and was helped in getting an oil change done. Tires rotated and no unnecessary up sale. Just good work and great service

Went in for a standard alignment, where they said everything was good. Very next day, I found out my front wheel bearings were torn on one side & bad on the other side. Causing a really bad sound when driving, and I noticed the steering wheel was not straight. Hmmmmm.... And get this, the wheel bearings issue was discovered/resolved at a different fire stone the next day.

Don't mess up like me and go to a bad Firestone and expect them to do the job right. COME HERE instead. These guys despite not having a reservation on a busy day went out of their way for me. I couldn't be more pleased or thankful for their hard work. It was a quick tired patch but they showed me that my tire was already old and had a bad puncture and best to get a new one. Even late in the day they stayed behind for me and did the job. Couldn't ask for a more better crew and amazing hearts. Thanks fellas. I wish I could do more for you.

I've been coming here for years to get my oil changed. The last time I went, my check engine light popped up immediately after. I took it to another mechanic and he said that they had broken the air filter and just put it back on without bothering to fix it or even tell me.

Excellent work and great service. The staff is very friendly. Honest people. They don’t hold onto your car for long period. Quick service. Nice waiting area during your car service.
