Great Harvest Bread Co. Frisco

UPDATE Oct 2022: Way overdue for return visit for soup and sandwich. Both were very good. Fast service for dine in. A number of people came to get take out. BTW: when checking on store Yelp app said it was closed. But when calling up on computer no sign. Odd!!! APRIL 20221st visit to this location after the one in Plano closed in 2020. Super experience. No masks required for customers. We ordered one sandwich and soup for both of us. 1/2 sandwich was plenty with the soup. Soup is packaged in foil lined paper so it says hot. See photo. Military vets show your colors as one gets a 10% discount. We also got a free cookie. Yummy. ~Doug

Einstein Bros. Bagels

My daughter and I went to the drive thru for some bagels and coffee. This was our first time at this location, so we took a minute to look over the menu and place our order. Our wait in line wasn’t long, it took roughly 10 minutes. We noticed the man at the window smiling and laughing with the customer ahead of us, but when we pulled up, he didn’t look happy to see us. He didn’t welcome us, my daughter was driving and she told him “Good Morning”, but he didn’t reply to her. He handed her our food and literally didn’t say anything to her. She thanked him, but he didn’t say anything back, he just closed the window. I’m not sure why he acted like that, he treated my daughter like she did something wrong. On the flip-side, the bagels were tasty and fresh. For me, Customer Service is a big deal. When a customer chooses to visit an establishment, they’re paying for the total package, not just the food. There are so many food options to choose from these days, and if a customer chooses to spend their money at your store, they deserve a smile, a Thank you, and good customer service. It’s such a shame that the tasty food here, doesn’t match the poor customer service we received. ~Monica
