I was looking for preservative free bread loaf. Bought honey sweet bread and it was extremely salty. We could not eat and had to dump it in trash. I will not return to this shop again.

HORRIBLE service! I have always tried to support our local Frisco businesses, Great Harvest being one of them but today is the last day that they will get my business. I have overlooked multiple wrong orders, horrible service (I've walked in before and didn't even get a greeting) and I have never complained but today I picked up my order, drove all the way home just to find out that my order was wrong again (I ordered 2 plain sandwiches and a bag of chips). I called the restaurant and was told that I needed to speak to the manger who then told me that I was asking too much to have my sandwiches remade and my ordered refunded (I spent $20 plus a tip on food that I can't eat) and this is the first time I've even asked them for a refund after numerous wrong orders. I understand the economy we're in and restaurants are suffering but at minimum you can get an order RIGHT! Sad that customer service has come to this.

UPDATE Oct 2022: Way overdue for return visit for soup and sandwich. Both were very good. Fast service for dine in. A number of people came to get take out. BTW: when checking on store Yelp app said it was closed. But when calling up on computer no sign. Odd!!! APRIL 20221st visit to this location after the one in Plano closed in 2020. Super experience. No masks required for customers. We ordered one sandwich and soup for both of us. 1/2 sandwich was plenty with the soup. Soup is packaged in foil lined paper so it says hot. See photo. Military vets show your colors as one gets a 10% discount. We also got a free cookie. Yummy.

After reading the great reviews, went to get some “fresh” bread. Purchased the white bread and had it sliced. Opened it at the car to give it a taste and realized it was still cold from thawing out. Bread was just okay in taste and a bit on the sweet side. It is also dense which I like. If you are expecting fresh bread made that day, then this is not your bakery. This is the simplest, most basic item they sell and they can’t get it right. Very disappointing.

Great Harvest Frisco never disappoints! I've been ordering from them ever since they opened, so I've pretty much tried everything at this point:) Some of my favorites are the Cubano sandwich, Savannah bars, and honey whole wheat bread. Also, everyone is so friendly here! You can really tell they care about taking care of their customers.

Been looking for an authentic bakery (or at least a café that has real staple baked goods) and I believe I've found my place! First of all, the owner is a sweet lady with a kind smile for everyone who walks in the door. Love the warmth there. Secondly, this place is a REAL bakery- breads, muffins, biscuits, croissants, scones, cookies-they've got them all. And they're so friendly and kind-it immediately made an impression on me. The gentleman who served me on my first visit talked me through all of the selections they had available, and then shared his personal background and how it informs him as a baker. Beyond that, he was so kind to gift me a loaf of bread just "from one baker to another", AND he gave me a military discount! I didn't know service with care like this still existed, but I'm so glad it does! I'm from the west coast, and we take our bakeries seriously back home. It's great to find a place that has the same approach and appeal with an eye toward awesome customer service here in Frisco! Great goods, clean, spacious, nice-looking environment, friendly service with a lot of options on the menu-what more can you ask for? Easily the best bakery in Frisco!

The honey whole wheat bread, mini pumpkin muffins, and turkey sandwich I had today was excellent! The store is extremely clean and bright. Happy to have found an excellent location of Great Harvest. You can tell the proprietors care about this location and most of all the product.

I love this place! The first time I had Great Harvest was 2017 when I lived in New Hampshire. When I moved to TX in 2018 I was excited to know there was one here. When the Plano location was open we ordered 5 loaves of bread right at the pandemic hit. Unfortunately they didn't make it through it. So glad this location in Frisco is here! They have great bread selections, breakfast sandwiches, salads, lunch sandwich, muffins and so much more. If you haven't tried Great Harvest you have to. Not to mention, the customer service is absolutely the best!

We discovered this place as my daughter and my friend were exploring the area. It's definitely a hidden jewel. Staff were super friendly,, and clean. The place smells heavenly:. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and a cinnamon roll. Great food, even better atmosphere. And lovely staff- highly recommended.
