Horrible service! I've been with out a medication I need going on 2 days now and was told it would be refilled today. Called to see if it was ready and they are out of the medicine again. Was told they would give me 2 days worth of the medicine and then get the full refill on Monday. I drove to get it and then was told they couldn't give me a partial refill and I had to go without it for another 2 days. After this I'm going to another pharmacy. I'm done.

The pharmacy was very patient and helpful today/tonight, both on the phone and in person, when Dr. failed to send prescription multiple times. Once the prescription was finally sent, they got it filled quickly.

I don’t know what this employees does during the drive through, you just need to wait and wait. Every car stop 10 mins at the window. They are very slow. They need to change the process. It doesn’t gonna work out for them if they continue same thing.

I went to the Minute Clinic at a CVS in Frisco. 2 young nurses spoke w me to find the best solution for my situation. One of them called me TWICE the following day to check on me. She ended up calling my regular pharmacy and took care of a big deal for me, when I know that was not a requirement from her. Above and beyond is an understatement. Genuine caring is rare these days. I am grateful, extremely. You’re a hero..♥️

Very poor customer service. Overwhelmed and don't know how to manage elementary flow of customers coming through. If you're getting paid to do a job and you're in a customer facing role, I would expect a higher level of professionalism. It's just really sad to see an established neighborhood CVS regress this much. I hope others go out of their way to give their hard earned dollars to another company that appreciates their business.

The service I received was nothing short of heroic! I was traveling on business and needed medication urgently; and was unable to leave the meeting I traveled to Frisco to attend. My physician struggled to get the prescription out, then sent it to the wrong location! Despite the fact that Shweta Jaggi was very busy serving other customers she stayed with me on this difficult journey, transferred my prescription to her store, and then got very creative about delivering it to me. I have never experienced such compassionate, professional service and am incredibly grateful. I’m so fortunate that Shweta was on the other end of the line when I called.

Very rude customer service at the pharmacy. The rest of the stores customer service is fine. We needed to pick up two prescriptions. We said two, but she was in such a hurry, she only gave us one. I understand people have to take lunch, but when we asked for the 2nd one, she rudely dismissed us without one please, I'm sorry, or thank you. Just "You have to come back at 2" I can now see why this pharmacy has such low ratings.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy team/department I have ever dealt with. I went through the drive thru to pick up two prescriptions, and the woman on the other end mistakenly gave me one of the two prescriptions. I hit the call button immediately to inquire about the second prescription only to get their out to lunch message. So, I parked and went in to catch them before they left. I approached the Pharmacist named Devyn as she was standing “right there IN THE PHARMACY”! I said I just came through your drive thru and I didn’t receive my second prescription, and she stated I will have to come back at 2:00pm. I re-iterated that your staff only gave me half of my order in the drive thru, but she was extremely rude and insisted there’s nothing she can do! Worst customer experience ever!!!!! For all customers, please switch your prescriptions to the Walgreens at Lebanon and Preston!

This pharmacy should shut down and start from scratch. Rude and incompetent staff, they NEVER get pharmacy orders correct, if I could give 0 stars I would. I spoke to a district manager once and nothing was done. I would use any other pharmacy but this one. Absolutely dreadful.

June 11, 2022 CVS 5401 Lebanon Road, Frisco TX Store #7825 How much confidence would you have in a pharmacy and it's employees if they made an error in your medication? The tech and pharmasist made a huge mistake today. To confuse birth control pills with HR is significant. To have the customer leave without their RX is problematic. For the pharmasist to back peddle vs. apologizing is UNACEPTABLE! None of us like long waits but we deal with them. As I was about to ring out after waiting quite some time in the drive through, the tech told me she " had my birth control pills" and I said; that can't be. The RX should be for HR as my prior doc said no more birth control pills and hense transitioned me to HR. I was concerned and asked for clarification and requested that the tech speak with the pharmacist. Tech comes back and says the Pharmasist confirmed they are for birth control. Since I have a new Doc and I am leaving for Europe in 2 days I pulled into a parking space and called the docs office but they were closed on Sat. Thinking I would have to start the process of a new European itinerary was overwhelming, so I went back into the store, waited in more lines and asked the pharmacist if she would look up my old RX and compare it to the new RX. She confirmed the RX's were identical. I then stated, they are not birth control correct, they are HR, because my doc took me off birth control 5 years ago, so to start back on BC was concerning and I needed to be sure. She said they technically are birth control but verified the RX was the same as my prior one. The lack of knowledge by the pharmacist and poor communication caused a great deal of stress. I purchased the RX and looked closely at the CVS material that accompanies the pills. NOWHERE DID IT STATE IT WAS FOR BIRTH CONTROL! See photo. Pharmacy's are big business! We trust the pharmasist to get it right and at the very least apologize when they make a mistake. When I communicated my discontent the pharmacist did not try to make things right and when I said that I wouldn't be coming back she didn't have a problem with it and asked where she might transfer my RX! I'm confident she will get away with this, discounting me as being demanding, but we have a right to be demanding in order to receive the proper meds and the proper info. on what the med does for us along with negative side affects. Choose your pharmacy wisely! You matter! It's big business for them! Think twice about CVS! There are lots of choices available to us in the marketplace!
