We used to go to this location on a regular basis but the quality of the food and consistency has dropped dramatically. I switched my breakfast sandwich to the egg and brisket bagel. The first one was good but the 2nd and 3rd time I came to buy one it was essentially an egg sandwich with a small hint of brisket. They may as well not even put any on there. I came back another time and ordered another brisket and egg sandwich and it was even worse. I called twice to the restaurant and requested a call back but I haven't heard a thing. Not a way to run a business. Very disappointing.

Was alright. I think Great American Bagel has better Asiago cheese bagels. Theirs was a little meh. Veggie cream cheese was good though.

I have been buying from this location for long time, until as of late when I was standing in line and saw the owner touched his face and nose and went back to the prep area to handle food not washing his hands , I had a question one time he pointed with finger to the cashier he is very rude if this is his sanitation practices I can’t expect any better from his employees very disgusted very disappointed will not go back . Regards, Michael

The recent influx of non-English speaking counter help (I had one employee at the drive-thru answer the speaker with a guttural “Huh?” Not “Welcome to Einstein Bagels” or even “May I help you?” but “Huh?” And the inability of the employees to operate a credit card (my bill was $6.00, first the guy charged me $7 something, then immediately refunded that and charged me correctly, but later in the day I got an additional $9 and some change charged to my card). As much as I love Einstein Bagels, the employees at this store have run me off. Nice work.

Spent over $100 for a birthday party catering order and the most important thing I asked them to do was label the individual sandwiches so people knew what they were grabbing.... The one thing that they didn't do was label the sandwiches so my guests barely touch them because they didn't want to open something they didn't want to eat. Labeling at this point would have required them to reopen all of them.... Give I didn't have because the party was on a schedule

My daughter and I went to the drive thru for some bagels and coffee. This was our first time at this location, so we took a minute to look over the menu and place our order. Our wait in line wasn’t long, it took roughly 10 minutes. We noticed the man at the window smiling and laughing with the customer ahead of us, but when we pulled up, he didn’t look happy to see us. He didn’t welcome us, my daughter was driving and she told him “Good Morning”, but he didn’t reply to her. He handed her our food and literally didn’t say anything to her. She thanked him, but he didn’t say anything back, he just closed the window. I’m not sure why he acted like that, he treated my daughter like she did something wrong. On the flip-side, the bagels were tasty and fresh. For me, Customer Service is a big deal. When a customer chooses to visit an establishment, they’re paying for the total package, not just the food. There are so many food options to choose from these days, and if a customer chooses to spend their money at your store, they deserve a smile, a Thank you, and good customer service. It’s such a shame that the tasty food here, doesn’t match the poor customer service we received.

Here’s the Nova Lox I purchased. Supposedly they forgot to put in the Salmon and now they won’t answer the phone or emails. Who does that? Now they’ll blame COVID. Prices going up and service going in the toilet.

The bagels are good and the service good. You can get in and out pretty quickly. We ours slice and a tub to go when we go on Saturday or Sunday morning.

The bagels are really good here. I love them double toasted which is a personal preference but you should try all their Bagel options. You have multiple Bagel and Shmear options to choose from. In addition to bagels, they have a lot more out here - I’m yet to try them out but I’m sure they are really tasty. They have couple of tables outside if you want to eat outside (especially during these COVID times) and they have a lot more inside. I personally prefer it outside because of the situation now. More tables outside would be really good ! Every weekend I visit, the place is packed which really tells you they serve it tasty :) I haven’t tasted the drinks/coffee here, so that is for another day ! They also have a drive through if you want to pick up your food on the go.

Updating my scoring today, bringing them down another star. I was hoping there would be some improvements, but with COVID-19, and basic food health standards; this place fails. The cashier never changed her gloves while grabbing bagels and serving them and handling orders/payments. Expect lovely customer service "What do you want to order?" Again this review is solely at this location, I absolutely love Einstein's, going to have to travel a little further to the Plano location. Bagel size is the same today, didn't bother with the coffee. Note these bagels are smaller than other Einstein locations, with the same quality of ingredients. Coffee, watered down. Creamers, go ahead give the creamer canisters a shake, yes what you'll hear are ice cubes. Customer service, wow just wow. First you better move along immediately after you place your order or they'll raise there voice to you to move. It's hard to understand what they're saying, and don't ask them to repeat what they said, that'll just upset them. A customer infront of me didn't know to grab 2 tubs of cream cheese and the cashier tried to charge her for a single serving of cream cheese. I let the customer know that she could pick 2 from the limited display, cashier was upset about that. Take a look at the picture posted, yes that's someone's fingers that dug into the pickle, wonder what else they did to my food. Note this location by no means should represent the company as a whole. However, corporate this is a location that should be reviewed and considered to place a new franchisee in.
