Best coffee shop in Frisco, Texas (TX) 2024

Cashier woman would not check me and my family out. She continued to dry her hands waiting on other cashier to come back, she took the next customer as they were the same race as she was. This is the first time I’ve ever experience this racism at RaceTrac. The cashier that did check us out was respectful and nice, that’s all I’m looking for when getting drinks and gas. ~Jordan

There's a tall lady that started to work here a few weeks ago . My 1st encounter with her she ripped me off $10.00. I took the loss because I didn't check before I left the store. I usually go to this racetrac every other day. Today I took my 84 year old mother because she wanted to buy some Scratch offs. Mama was taking her time. She was thinking what she wanted to buy her granddaughter for her birthday. While she was deciding the the tall lady behind the counter yells out" I can't wait, next person on line move up. People who are buying beer to the right. Everyone else come up" . No one came up to the counter to cut in front of my mom. They probably knew it was wrong and the lady behind the counter is just being f#$king rude. How dare she disrespect my 85 old mother. Next time this lady is rude to anyone she is going to have a problem and I'm going to yell twice as loud. It's not nice to be mean to people. Especially old people. Everyone else that works there are nice and polite. ~Dee

My daughter and I went to the drive thru for some bagels and coffee. This was our first time at this location, so we took a minute to look over the menu and place our order. Our wait in line wasn’t long, it took roughly 10 minutes. We noticed the man at the window smiling and laughing with the customer ahead of us, but when we pulled up, he didn’t look happy to see us. He didn’t welcome us, my daughter was driving and she told him “Good Morning”, but he didn’t reply to her. He handed her our food and literally didn’t say anything to her. She thanked him, but he didn’t say anything back, he just closed the window. I’m not sure why he acted like that, he treated my daughter like she did something wrong. On the flip-side, the bagels were tasty and fresh. For me, Customer Service is a big deal. When a customer chooses to visit an establishment, they’re paying for the total package, not just the food. There are so many food options to choose from these days, and if a customer chooses to spend their money at your store, they deserve a smile, a Thank you, and good customer service. It’s such a shame that the tasty food here, doesn’t match the poor customer service we received. ~Monica
