I try to get breakfeast they let it run out and I come back at 10 am and the gm tells me they stop breakfeast at this time really pretty sure 10am isn't lunch

Cashier woman would not check me and my family out. She continued to dry her hands waiting on other cashier to come back, she took the next customer as they were the same race as she was. This is the first time I’ve ever experience this racism at RaceTrac. The cashier that did check us out was respectful and nice, that’s all I’m looking for when getting drinks and gas.

This place has really gone downhill. Many pumps are broken. No receipt paper. Questionable cleanliness.

This morning I stopped by to grab some before work items. I already had a distaste for this location due to a past experience with a rude and disrespectful cashier. But today I felt bad for the cashier who was a young black respectable well mannered PERSON. 2 Caucasian workmates were walking by laughing in conversation. He ask them a question, one looked at him and just ignored. He asked again, they walked past just laughing showing off the rude disrespect to all of us in line. Please teach your employees that we are living i. A cruel world and kindness goes a long way. The color of ones skin should not give anyone the right to make a person feel bad or unwelcome like that young man’s face was. I’m sorry you are being treated that way at work.

Recently tried to purchase some items with a $100 bill. The blond kid with a man-bun that waited on me refused to take my money. "We do not take $100 bills," he said. "What?" I said. "Not right after a shift change. No money in the cash drawer." That was all. He offered no option and apparently saw no reason to even apologize. He just stood there waiting for me to leave. So I did. A further attempt to talk to this kid yesterday caused another kid to interrupt touting the same cash drawer reason. Other reviews of this Race Trac complain of younger employees with attitude problems. You won't work in sales very long if you turn away paying customers because you don't want to hassle getting them change.

This location hardly ever has working printers at the pump. I live around the corner. I have to have receipts for business purposes. Over the past two years, I come back and give them a try every so often. Failure once again. Not sure why they can’t fix this when every other station in Frisco seems to get it right.

Purchased French Vanilla coffee that taste mainly like water, then got a sausage wrap that had been out so long the bread was ashard as a rock. Had to throw then away. There goes $5.00

This RaceTrac location is like most others in appearance and layout. However, there is one major difference. That is the cleanliness of the store itself and the surrounding property. There is trash strewn about the parking lot and near the pumps. The garbage cans seem to be in a constant state of overflow. And the bathrooms, though recently mopped, were also strewn with garbage. The sinks were filthy and the paper towel dispensers did not work. On the plus side, like most other RaceTracs, this location does offer both diesel fuel and regular unleaded fuel. They sell bagged ice outside of the store. Inside they offer a variety of prepackaged snacks and beverages, fresh-brewed coffee, drinks including alcoholic beverages like wine and beer, and frozen yogurt if you're in the mood for something a little chillier. All in all, I give this race track location a rating of three stars. I was not overly impressed. *Note - I brought it my concerns with the manager and ask if it would be possible for me to come by in about a week to take photos of the inside of the store. I may update my review after that time.
