6 Best atm in Frisco, Texas (TX) 2024

Cashier woman would not check me and my family out. She continued to dry her hands waiting on other cashier to come back, she took the next customer as they were the same race as she was. This is the first time I’ve ever experience this racism at RaceTrac. The cashier that did check us out was respectful and nice, that’s all I’m looking for when getting drinks and gas. ~Jordan

There's a tall lady that started to work here a few weeks ago . My 1st encounter with her she ripped me off $10.00. I took the loss because I didn't check before I left the store. I usually go to this racetrac every other day. Today I took my 84 year old mother because she wanted to buy some Scratch offs. Mama was taking her time. She was thinking what she wanted to buy her granddaughter for her birthday. While she was deciding the the tall lady behind the counter yells out" I can't wait, next person on line move up. People who are buying beer to the right. Everyone else come up" . No one came up to the counter to cut in front of my mom. They probably knew it was wrong and the lady behind the counter is just being f#$king rude. How dare she disrespect my 85 old mother. Next time this lady is rude to anyone she is going to have a problem and I'm going to yell twice as loud. It's not nice to be mean to people. Especially old people. Everyone else that works there are nice and polite. ~Dee

This is the third time in a row that I’ve driven through the drive thru bank where no one has come and helped me. I waited for a few minutes each time but no one still came. The last time I had to walk inside the bank for someone to help me only for me to find employees on their phone and not paying attention to their customers waiting in the drive thru. When I first banked here, I had an amazing experience. I feel like they have since then changed their employees because the girls who used to remember their customers by name are no longer there. Very disappointed to see their customer service decline. ~Alyssa

I have been to several branches of Prosperity and this branch in Frisco on Preston Road has repeatedly been less than impressive. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru (commercial lane) before moving to a non-commercial lane. Sent my deposits up and never heard a word from anyone.... 5 minutes later the money carrier popped back down with my receipts and again not a word. Not a "Hi- How are you today?"... or a " Is there anything else we can do for you today?" or " We apologize for the long wait this afternoon"..... Absolutely Nothing! Not the personal customer service experience that this bank advertises. It will be my last visit to this branch. I sure do miss Legacy Texas Bank..... ~Linda
