Cashier woman would not check me and my family out. She continued to dry her hands waiting on other cashier to come back, she took the next customer as they were the same race as she was. This is the first time I’ve ever experience this racism at RaceTrac. The cashier that did check us out was respectful and nice, that’s all I’m looking for when getting drinks and gas. ~Jordan

There's a tall lady that started to work here a few weeks ago . My 1st encounter with her she ripped me off $10.00. I took the loss because I didn't check before I left the store. I usually go to this racetrac every other day. Today I took my 84 year old mother because she wanted to buy some Scratch offs. Mama was taking her time. She was thinking what she wanted to buy her granddaughter for her birthday. While she was deciding the the tall lady behind the counter yells out" I can't wait, next person on line move up. People who are buying beer to the right. Everyone else come up" . No one came up to the counter to cut in front of my mom. They probably knew it was wrong and the lady behind the counter is just being f#$king rude. How dare she disrespect my 85 old mother. Next time this lady is rude to anyone she is going to have a problem and I'm going to yell twice as loud. It's not nice to be mean to people. Especially old people. Everyone else that works there are nice and polite. ~Dee

I got a flat tire and pulled in to put air when I had to call a tow truck. The guy inside came out and instead of talking to me, the adult, he confronted my 14 yr old and told her we needed to get our truck out of there because he was losing business. It was dead and we weren’t blocking the pumps at all. People still came to get gas. It was me and 3 children I am so glad he was so helpful. 🙄 ~Lisa

No exaggeration, I have tried to come to this gas station 5 times for gas over the past 2 months and there is always something wrong and I end up leaving without gas. Today I went and the card reader wouldn’t read my card. After multiple attempts I went to the attendant and put in my phone number and asked to used 50 cents. I have 1800 fuel points for august alone. And he kept telling me I only have 3 cents off. Even when I showed him my points and digital card. He kept telling me I only had 3 cents. I even said maybe I entered the number wrong and asked if he could start the transaction over again to make sure. He said no and said I only have 3 cents. So, I once again left without gas. ~Michelle
