There's a tall lady that started to work here a few weeks ago . My 1st encounter with her she ripped me off $10.00. I took the loss because I didn't check before I left the store. I usually go to this racetrac every other day. Today I took my 84 year old mother because she wanted to buy some Scratch offs. Mama was taking her time. She was thinking what she wanted to buy her granddaughter for her birthday. While she was deciding the the tall lady behind the counter yells out" I can't wait, next person on line move up. People who are buying beer to the right. Everyone else come up" . No one came up to the counter to cut in front of my mom. They probably knew it was wrong and the lady behind the counter is just being f#$king rude. How dare she disrespect my 85 old mother. Next time this lady is rude to anyone she is going to have a problem and I'm going to yell twice as loud. It's not nice to be mean to people. Especially old people. Everyone else that works there are nice and polite.

I brought my own cup to this race track just to get an ice water refill and got charged a $1.07 for it, not to mention I wanted to buy a sugar free red bull and they had none in stock. Seriously? Worst experience ever

It was one of my favorite place because of friendly staff! Today I went there, the young lady with long black hair she was so rude! No body in store but she push me in hurry with really bad tune, I had 100 won ticket and I wanted to get gas and shop something else, she said I don’t have any change for rest of your money! Unbelievable! This kind of big gas station in middle of the day didn’t have 40 dollars cash!

When / if buying fuel at the pump, be sure and answer "No" to the question "Are you a rewards member?" - before submitting your debit or credit card. Or else your sale will be "cancelled". And you'll waste a lot of time. It's really irritating.

I stopped at this racetrack to go inside to pay for gas instead of the pump for safety sake and went back to pump. The pump didn’t register so I went in again and it was difficult getting their attention. Finally they sent me back but to no avail still not working. I must have gone back several times. Then they called the manager. He said they would put my money back on my card and it would be immediately available. That’s what he said before I swiped my card! Different story after I swiped my card! I felt deceived! Then the manager said well it depends on your bank...He even had me swipe my card a second time and said I’d only be charged once. What???? They charged me twice for the same amount! It is still on my account. The manager told me to “get in your car and I’ll pump the gas” very disrespectfully!! Only young immature guys working there do not have respect for older women that are asking for the least amount of help! Also, they should have asked me to go to a different pump instead of ask me to keep swiping my card. They took advantage of my being stressed out by their lack of concern! I knew this was wrong, but they had no patience and wouldn’t listen! I told them I wouldn’t be coming back and the manager said well all gas stations do this. Really? I told them I had never had this problem anywhere before with demanding managers expecting me to swipe my card. I hope this goes to corporate and is reported! I live close and believe me I will make sure people know what a horrible gas station this is! My friend had her card info stolen at a racetrack so that is why I went inside to pay in the first place!

It is unfortunate how this great location started clean and well run. Nowdays it is the dirtiest racetrack in Frisco, very unprofessional staff and very rude gentleman as a cashier. Probably the ice cream toppings were on a health department violation because they were soggy and the station was in bad shape. Good think there are other gas stations in this area. Gas prices are average and other options out there for ice cream. I gave 2 stars because I love the new racetracks but this is a big disappointment.

We stopped here to get yogurt for dessert. Always impressed with flavors offered and changed frequently. Overall very clean service station. I love the covered gas pump area not so much to keep rain off but shade during TX summers. Lots of food and drink options inside.

This location is a gas station chain common in Texas. Staff doing a really good job of keeping the building and surrounding area clean. The food and other items sold inside the store are reasonably priced, however their gas prices are usually a few cents higher than their competitors.
