Best plus size clothing store in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

I was hired as an Assistant Manager for this location. I have 20 years experience in retail management. But I was told that I was not grasping all the inns and outs of this company and threatened with termination after only week 2 and an half weeks of employment. Ultimately I was only there 3 weeks. Although I enjoyed working there, I had to resign, I was under constant pressure feeling that I would be terminated every day. The store manager told me that she would give me a week but never gave feed back. Everyone learn at different rates. My many years of Management could have been an asset but we will never know. I’ve never had this happen to me in all my career. I’ve excelled at each organization I have worked for. ~Tonya

Excellent to shop for clothes but employees need a rain check on customer service and on their attitudes . I Love the store not the employees must be grizzly bear or rattlesnake season when doing with any employee of Rainbow stores they all are alike must be the air not circulating. IJS ~Sandra
