I was hired as an Assistant Manager for this location. I have 20 years experience in retail management. But I was told that I was not grasping all the inns and outs of this company and threatened with termination after only week 2 and an half weeks of employment. Ultimately I was only there 3 weeks. Although I enjoyed working there, I had to resign, I was under constant pressure feeling that I would be terminated every day. The store manager told me that she would give me a week but never gave feed back. Everyone learn at different rates. My many years of Management could have been an asset but we will never know. I’ve never had this happen to me in all my career. I’ve excelled at each organization I have worked for.

No stockings & no dress attire from older groups. They've switched the plan. This store is for youth only! PLUS, store representatives were not interested in offering assistance; even after they saw me walking with cane. Holding plus size clothing with one hand can be difficult.

nice big clean store with cute clothes. my weight fluctuates so im nit sure on what size i wear. lady that rung me up was sooo helpful and gave me some fashion ideas her name on the receipt is Veaniaka i love how patient and sweet she was with me. she definitely made sure ill be a returning customer

I went shopping with my mother on 4/24/2022 and it was the worst customer service experience ever. I have been shopping at this store for 10 years and I have never had such poor customer experience. It might be new management and new people but it doesn’t matter. We entered the store around 4:30 PM on a Sunday to shop for work clothes. I tried on a lot of clothes and put the clothes I wasn’t purchasing in the go-back section where the employees put back the clothes. My mother went to the restroom and I waited for her when I saw two employees complain about my mother putting the clothes on the go-back section by the fitting rooms. The associates were incredibly rude about having to do their jobs. They continued to complain about folding and hanging clothes. I understand the need to vent about your job because I worked in retail for a number of years. But you never complain in front of customers as it’s a poor reflection on yourself and the store. it creates an unwelcoming shopping experience. We went to check out and the manager named Veaniqka assisted us. She was the rudest woman ever. She was cold and unwelcoming and annoyed that it was 5:22 PM and their store closed at 6:00 PM. I overheard her talk on the headset complaining about wanting to leave at 6:00 PM. We weren’t even being rude, we said please and thank you. We were giving more customer service than they were! It starts with management and Veaniqka was leading by poor example. I called customer service line and filed a complaint. Hopefully the right person sees this and brings it to the stores attention. I will try to avoid this store from now on.

I came in today to do a bra exchange in sizes and the young lady (didn't get her name) but was tall with a blonde braid she was very sweet and quick. Having children with you can be timely issue but not with her she was quick and it took less than 5 minutes. The other lady (she has long dark hair) she helped me and the boys to the fitting room and gave us the large one so that the kids were comfortable as well. Thanks ladies. I will be back! ❤️

I literally hate shopping at this Lane Bryant. The staff is terrible. Never have I been offered would I like a bra fitting or offered any assistance with finding a bra. I generally shop online to avoid coming into this store. I traveled to L.A. and waited to get service there than come to the Meyerland store. The staff talks more amongst themselves than to customers. The store is clean because no one is ever there. I suggest going to another Lane Bryant or shop online. I only go here out of necessity because they closed the Sugar Land store. I’ll be back but I’m sure it will be the same poor service.

I came into the store and was greeted by two wonderful ladies by the name Larnetra and Tanya. Their customer service and personalities were great and funny. They helped me find my correct bra size. Thank you ladies !

So ... What can I say about this store. Recently came to this Lane Bryant and had great expectations and hope. Just to find myself and wife with a bad taste in the mouth cause of the staff and customer service. Upon arriving did not receive acknowledged of being in the store which should have been my first red flag. I didn't let it get to me. Staff were chatting with other customers and and among themselves. My wife and I stood in the store and she tried 10+ pairs of pants to no avail. Never did they bother to ask anything or if we okey. After the 3rd time trying the dressing room she did ask if I needed anything. Being that i would just look her way. My wife did love the clothes but not at all the customer service. I do not regret coming in because my wife found what she was looking for but I in the other hand am not at all happy or even pleased with discrimination and racial profiling that we in countered. I'm sorry but no one should be treated in such way. Lane Bryant great clothes. Not so much staff.
