The customer service was really good. Every employee explains how they can help and also their limitations if there are complications. I brought in 5 watches that needed battery replacements, all of different brands and they were able to do it in 15 minutes. I thought I would have to leave it there and pick them up another day. The other reviews are true, this is a gem of a place. ~Keith
