I bought a watch online and the sizing was very tight. I took it to The Little Watch Shop to have it adjusted (2 links put back in with micro adjustments). I was in and out in less than 10 mins, Ester was very friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I will be back for sure (fyi, they also have a great Seiko selection if you're in the market for one). Thanks LWS!

Love this place. Fancy jewelry store in town wanted $390 to repair my wife's watch, I brought it here and they replace the battery for under $30, it's working perfectly. Good honest people.

They fixed my granmother's Tissot Saphir watch and I am eternally grateful to them as she was able to enjoy one last time before she passed. The watch is now in my possession and still working beautifully. Will always be my go to watch repair shop

Fantastic, stopped in to get my Mondaine battery replaced, the gent looked at my husband’s watch- his Dad’s originally, noticed exactly what was wrong with it- within minutes I had my battery replaced and a diagnosis with quote - since we were traveling they offered to mail Dad’s to us when done. Deee lighted!

The customer service was really good. Every employee explains how they can help and also their limitations if there are complications. I brought in 5 watches that needed battery replacements, all of different brands and they were able to do it in 15 minutes. I thought I would have to leave it there and pick them up another day. The other reviews are true, this is a gem of a place.

Went in for a simple battery replacement on a dive watch and had amazing customer service. I was treated as nice as if I was buying a Rolex. Did have some earrings catch my eye so I did purchased those. Such a nice place and so knowledgeable. Over heard them discussing watches with another customer and it was amazing the information they had. I highly recommend this shop.

For any Houstonians that need a watch modified or any other watch service the Little Watch Shop is your place to go. Went in to get my Orient Mako ll Modified with a custom crystal & bezel the mod cost $85 overall. I had a great experience very friendly and well-knowledge staff! Even after picking up my watch and noticing that there was a fingerprint and a few specs of dust left inside the watch accidentally they cleaned the Crystal free of charge. I will definitely return to little watch shop if I ever need a watch modded or any other watch specialties needed in the future!

Never been to a repair watch shop before.. searched it on my phone and had the highest rating out of 8-10 different locations. Service was quick in and out! Have my fossil watch running up again after three years. Will definitely come back again. And the price is just right

I wished I came here sooner! A one-stop shop for all things watches, clocks, even jewelry. I got a watch for my father years ago, but he wanted a completely different band. Then it stopped working. So I needed to get a new band and check if it needed a new battery or if something else was causing it to stop. I decided to give this shop a try because of the reviews. I'm glad I did! The front of store ladies were very friendly and understood what I needed done on my dad's watch. While I brought in a new watch band I got myself, they had a large selection of watch bands on location: metal, leather, & soft plastic bands. Within 15 minutes of stepping inside their truly little shop, my dad's watch had both the battery and its band replaced! The total charge was just over $20 with tax; a worthwhile deal I'd say! I'll most definitely come back for any and all watch or jewelry problems I may have in the future! Thank you Little Watch Shop miracle workers!
