I unfortunately had gotten water into my datejust Rolex and was quite concerned to have it handled by experts of the craft . The amazing staff and Owner Brad were able to get me settled and even sent me off with a beautiful gift for a bit of a hiccup that occurred in the repair . I asked for a referral to sell my wedding ring. I was referred to Brad at Houston Gold Exchange. BEST referral I have ever received. Brad was very helpful and understood my situation. He gave me a reasonable price for my ring and additional jewelry. Also, his staff there were so friendly, amazing and just made me feel welcome there. Her 30 yr old engagement ring had lost it's stone, so Brad helped us select a replacement diamond that was both affordable and more beautiful than the original. Had a wonderful experience at this location. The owner helped us right away did not try to oversell us, provided us with the exact cut we were looking for and set it in our ring right on the spot. This is one of the first places I have been to that showed us the diamond under a microscope and was actually educated instead of just trying to make a sale. Very professional and I highly recommend this location before going anywhere else. This will now be our new jeweler and new place to go for any of our jewelry.

We continue to use Houston Gold Exchange for all of our jewelry needs. Using diamonds from one of my belated grandmother's ring, they were able to create a brand new look for my wife's original wedding ring. Also, using the diamonds from my old wedding band (I hated it) and also leftover diamonds from my grandmother, they created a more modern look on the new wedding band I purchased. This band is so much more comfortable than my first one, which I purchased elsewhere. We run to them every time our watch batteries go out. They replace it while you wait and never over-charge. I was actually given my last battery for free. My mother also goes there for her jewelry needs now. You can expect to go in and see the same friendly faces year after year.
